Sharman was driving the car, he thinks he must tell Ishaani about everything and calls her. Her phone was ringing, but she sat with Ranveer worried for his restlessness. She brings the Aarti thaal to him and does the rituals. Sharman is worried why Ishaani isn’t picking up the call. Ranveer prays for the power to speak to Ishaani. Ishaani also prays for his help. She tells him that she will get the doctor, but as she was leaving Ranveer calls her name. Ishaani is moved. She turns around in shock. She asks if he said something or called him, or was her day dreaming. She turns around, Ranveer calls her again, and he says I am Ranveer, her Ranveer. She calls his name as tear flows off her eyes. She goes to him. Sharman writes for Ishaani that the Ranveer that is staying with them isn’t Ranveer but his duplicate.
Milan was in the godown, he puts on paints on his face. He says if this is his story, he will end it here but with everything. He makes a recording of himself.
Ishaani is shocked at the revelation, she tries to come closer to him calling Ranveer, then backs off. Ranveer holds her hand, he asks her not to look at him but only feel him. He struggles to sit up, she holds him. He keeps Ishaani’s hand on his chest, she could feel the heartbeat. Ishaani cries, recalling Ranveer, his ways. She looks at him, holds his weak face and cries his name. She opens up Ranveer’s bandage. She cries hard and hugs him tight. Both cry. Ishaani says I love you to Ranveer, he says I love you too. He kisses her forehead, they hug each other again. Ishaani asks where he had gone, she missed him so much. She always thought there is something wrong, where he had gone. She realizes at once that if he had the accident, who is that who lives with her. She says he looks exactly like him, his eyes and voice. She says he used to scold her, and enforce being husband to her. Ishaani asks if she married him. Ranveer says no, he was in the mandap, but later he kidnapped him. Ishaani is even more worried hearing about the kidnapping.
Milan was at a desserted hill site, he calls Sharman and says his car went out of work and calls him there instead of the decided meet up place. Sharman comes there, Milan says he called him here and was late himself. Sharman says he wants to talk to him that they couldn’t do at home. Sharman says he doesn’t want to talk to him about Parul and Manas, he wants to ask him why he is investing all his money at zero profit. Milan says he is a lawyer, he must know that it is his company. Sharman says he knows he isn’t Ranveer, but a duplicate of Ranveer. He asks why he wants to destroy Ranveer. Milan says that is good, he has already done the research on him. Milan says he isn’t Ranveer, but Milan-the villain; Ranveer’s twin. Sharman is shocked, Milan says he and Ranveer are the flowers of same plant. He was left somewhere else, while Ranveer remained with his parents. He asks if Sharman hadn’t seen the play at home. They remembers Amba’s cry. Sharman says Ranveer’s brother had died. Milan says that Ranveer was about to die, but his life was saved and Milan’s was destroyed. Now he only lives to destroy Ranveer and live his life.
Ranveer tells Ishaani that he was kidnapped by Milan, but still could hear her voice. That gave him courage.
Milan tells Sharman that Nimisha doubted him, he pushed her from the terrace. He laughs and says to Sharman that he knows he liked Nimisha but everything is fair in love and war. He tells Sharman that later on he kidnapped Ranveer and began to live with Ishaani. Sharman holds his collar and asks where Ranveer is. Milan says this isn’t easy to defeat Milan, even Ishaani couldn’t know Milan was living with her.
Ranveer says that after accident, his brain was turned off but he could hear her. Only she saved him from dying. This is her love that gave him a new life.
Ishaani cries, Ranveer tells her not to cry. Ishaani says she was in so much pain, and she didn’t even try to find him. She says this is why she was so restless, she felt something is wrong. She felt that the man living with her isn’t Ranveer. She thought he had changed because of medicines. He wasn’t strange because of medicines, but he wasn’t Ranveer. She questions why. Ranveer hugs him again. He watches Sharman’s message on Ishaani’s cell phone, she reads the message that he is going to River Bridge to meet the duplicate of Ranveer living with her. Ranveer is worried that Milan is a dangerous man, and asks to call Sharman. Sharman doesn’t pick up the call. Ranveer tells Ishaani that Milan can take Sharman’s life even. He says he will go there. Ishaani says he isn’t well, but Ranveer says Milan has taught him to bear any pain, he will go with her. They leave.
Milan says to Sharman he will tell him where Ranveer is. He tells Sharman that the patient, that is at their home, who isn’t able to speak, he is Ranveer. Ranveer won’t be able to get up, and even if he gets up he will be destroyed. He says one game of Milan ends and the other starts. Sharman says to Milan that his game has ended, he had recorded the conversation in his mobile. Milan snatches it, throws it down in the trees. He laughs and asks how he will prove that he is Milan and not Ranveer.
Ranveer tells Ishaani about the ways where she was driving.
Sharman asks Milan if he thinks that his reality will never come to anyone. Ranveer is still alive, he will get up and become the proof himself. And then Sharman will get him justice, for kidnapping Ranveer and killing Nimisha. He turns around and walks away, Mian brings out a knife from pocket and stabs Sharman from behind.
Ranveer tells Ishaani to stop the car, this is the place. They come out, he tells Ishaani to look the other way. He tells her to take care of her and call him if she finds something.
Milan stands Sharman again from the front, and again. Milan says his enemy is Ranveer, why Sharman came in between. He stabs him the fourth time. Milan says he is the villain, he doesn’t leave anyone.
Ishaani runs around looking for Sharman and Milan.
Milan keeps on injuring Sharman with the knife. Ranveer comes there and is shocked at the sight. He calls Sharman in rage, and struggles towards them. Milan is happy to see him. Ishaani hears Ranveer’s voice. Sharman whispers at Ranveer to go home, but he says he won’t go anywhere. He lay Sharman on the floor, but realizes he had died. Ranveer cries his name. Milan laughs loud, Ranveer asks what he has done. Milan says Ranveer did this all. Ranveer says he will call the police. Milan says police would come. He tells Ranveer that no one could catch him ever, but he got fooled by the love of a girl. He says he loves Ishaani. Ranveer tells him not to take her name. Milan says he loves her truly, but she never let him be with her. Ranveer says he had told Milan that Ishaani won’t ever let him near him. Milan says that Ranveer will never get Ishaani, they won’t be able to get together ever. Milan says he is leaving their lives, he will vanish by himself and will let them away from each other. He prepares an injection and injects it into Ranveer’s back. He says this is the end of their story. Ishaani comes calling Ranveer, Milan leaves shouting that Ishaani will never be Ranveer’s. He climbs a nearby truck and jumps down in the lake of water. He smiles at Ranveer, salutes Ishaani and jumps down. Ranveer goes to the cliff and watches him go down. Milan was halfway when he looks up at Ranveer and waves him. Milan shuts his eyes, smiles and fell into the water. The police come behind Ranveer, they watch Sharman dead. Ishaani runs to Sharman and cries. Ranveer says to police that it is good they have come, he comes to Ishaani and tells her that Milan killed Sharman. They were about to arrest Ranveer, both tell police about the truth but police tells them that Ranveer sent them the video. It was the recording Milan had done. Milan was saying in the video, with bandage on, that Sharman knows about all his betrayals in the company and is going to tell Ishaani. He will kill Sharman and will also suicide. Ishaani pleads to police not to arrest him and that Manas was duplicate of Ranveer. The inspector says that Ishaani is telling all the tales of movies, that there were twin brothers who got apart and then one returned. Ishaani says this is all true, they can ask Ranveer’s parents. Police isn’t ready, Ranveer tells Ishaani to go home and do Sharman’s coronation well. Ishaani asks them to check in water. They say they will, she notices rashes on Ranveer’s face. He tells Ishaani that Milan gave him some injection. Ishaani asks them to get him checked by a doctor. They take Ranveer. Ishaani cries by Sharman’s dead body.

PRECAP: At home, Ishaani says at Sharman’s coronation that he lived for justice for whole of his life, she won’t let his sacrifice go in vain. Ishaani wipes her tears in the room, she thinks that she has no time to cry, she just has to find what injection Milan had given to Ranveer.
