Navratri has brought good news for Arpit Ranka who has become a father again. Arpit welcomed a baby girl on on the first day of Navratri. Arpit’s wife Nidhi gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
Arpit took to his social media account to share his joy and he wrote, “The feeling cannot be expressed in words, I am very very happy. Both my wife Nidhi and the baby are healthy. In a couple of days, they will be discharged from the hospital. And I cannot wait to take my little daughter to my home.”
He adds, “Though I never had any gender preference when it comes to children, but welcoming a baby girl on the occasion of Navaratra sthapana is nothing but Goddess Durga’s blessing for me and my entire family. I feel truly blessed to welcome a little goddess when the entire nation is celebrating and welcoming Maa to their homes. Though the doctors had said that the expected delivery date was October 6, maybe our little girl wanted to come home during Navaratra.”
Meanwhile, Arpit’s parents have also reached Mumbai to welcome the newborn. Talking about it, he shared, “Welcoming a child into the family calls for a big celebration. My parents had come to Mumbai in advance, in order to be with us during this time.”
Arpit and Nidhi are also parents to a five-year-old son Arnidh (Arpit+Nidhi)
