The episode begins with karna thinking about his kavach when he sees a saint walking towards him. Karna greets him. Saint says i want such thing which can be seen as well as invisible. Which can be good as well as evil and…… Karna says its my kavach n you’re devraj indra. You want my kavach because your son is a coward. Devraj says you’re right and tomorrow morning i will come for it. karna says doesn’t ur son has strength to fight me? Devraj says no.. He is not afraid of you its a fathers heart which has brought me here! karna says you are king of gods and you shouldn’t be doing any partiality. Devraj says aren’t u strong enough to fight for urself without ur kavach? karna says its not about me its about my friend n he needs my kavach. I have promised to save him with my kavach. Devraj Indra says that’s not my problem. It’s you who has to decide whether which promise of yours is of greater importance tomorrow morning i will be waiting for you…karna thinks about what to do and which promise of his should be given greater importance.
Krishna and arjun are waiting for sun to rise. Arjun asks why isn’t surya not rising yet? Krishna says the war is not only here between us but every where , its the war of dharma which is of great importance. Devraj Indra comes in front of them and says opportunities is also a part of this war. He praises Krishna for his attempt to bring back dharma and says i would like to give my share in this war. Arjun says in this war its share of only bloodshed. Devraj Indra says i know n that’s my share opportunity of blood.. He leave leaving arjun in confusion. Krishna smiles.
Near the sea karna offers his prayers to god sun. He says the whole world is yours. just for the sake of ur one child that’s me don’t put your other children away from you please rise and allow me to take my own decision and accepting my prayers please rise so that no one ever says that i won because of ur power n that’s not good for me so plz rise n accept my prayers… The sun rises and karna offers his prayers. Karna finds devraj indra in front of him karna says I’m ready to give ur son a chance to win so ask what u want from me n i shall give it to you.
Arjun is still thinking about devraj Indra. He asks Krishna what share and opportunity will he give me? Krishna says it can be anything which will lead you to success. Arjun says what is it? Krishna says something which will make ur your enemy weak n it strikes arjun that devraj indra will ask karna to give away his kavach.
Devraj indra tells karna that he’s the barrier between the defeat of kauravas who have to be defeated for dharma to be established. You can keep ur kavach only when you opt out of the war. Now its ur choice whether to stay in war n give away ur kavach or opt out of it and keep the kavach.. karna decides to give away his kavach and breaks the kavach tearing it apart from his body while doing so lot of light emits from the kavach n karna screams in pain with his body covered with blood. karna gives the kavach to devraj indra and says for the sake of ur son you made me face such hardship n this gave me signal that I’m the winner! Indra takes it and Arjun sees it. he says lord indra by taking away Karan’s kavach n kundal you haven’t made him helpless but its me.. Indra gets shocked.
Arjun says I still hadn’t forgotten about eklavya n now its Karna? My knowledge has lost its importance.. why did u do this? didn’t you trust ur son n ur blessings? indra says the kavach was gods gift to agraj n so it cannot be used against humans in war since gods will not take place in war even lord hanuman will not be with you in his chariot but will be with you on his flag. Krishna will be with you but won’t fight. Arjun says I will still kill karna but now my defeat over karna will question my strength. Give his kavach back!! indra says i can only fulfil his one wish n asks karna to ask for one wish. Karna says a soldiers great pride is his weapon, so i ask you for such weapon that wen it will be launched with a person’s name it will kill that person. Indra agrees to it and gives him the weapon n goes back. karna says arjun i promise you; you will be killed by me n that too by the weapon gifted by ur father and that too very soon. Karna all bloodshed weak and in tears walks towards the kauravas tents.. on his way kunti comes n lifts him. She is shocked and hurt to see karna in such condition.
Krishna on war field could feel the voice of soldiers injured and their families mourning.., Shakuni comes there and finds hard to stand erect. Krishna says war is still yet to take place and you’re nervous right now!? Shakuni says this is good before war.. Krishna says its a sign which tells you to beware. Shakuni gets irritated. Krishna says bhishm pitamah made your sister marry a blind person. And you decided to make her children the king, didn’t you? Only this decision of yours has lead all to this war.
