An eerie silence fell upon the room as I stared skeptical at Manik’s burning form laying on the bed as beads of sweats formed on his forehead.

I didnt know wat to say to him as he lay there.For the frst tym ever I stated speechless not knowing what to say to him.
“Please…Come back-please”he whispered hoarsely his eyes closed tightly as he slowly shook his head muttering sumthing under his breath.

I stared helpless at him as the door suddenly opened and in came Sanjana with a damp cloth in her hands and a water bottle in her left hand.

“Nandini here……Quick please this on his forehead and remove those blankets of him”she spoke in a hushed tone as I nodded getting up from bed and removing the heavy blankets off him nd tossing it to the side as he shivers from the impact his eyes slowly opening.

“Place this on his head frm time to time and rinse it frm the washbasin there”she spoke pointing to it next to the closet as I nodded”I have to retire to my room Mrs.Malhotra.I’ll see u in the mrng”she spoke softly as I nodded walking 2wrds Manik’s side nd placing the damp cloth on his forehead as I heard the door closing behind me.

Taking a seat next to his laying form I finally got the tym to truly luk around his room nd I must say I was just awed by the simplicity yet intimidating luk of it.

As soon as u come into the room u’ll find urself lukng at the lalrge bed to ur right against the wall nd beside the bed is a small black couch… lukng straight frm the bed u’ll find urself gazing at a large door locked which is filled wth I dont know wat…But as far as Sanjana said that is the room in which Manik lyk’s to spend his time mostly in…Beside that door to the extra room there is a large window which is covered in black blinds nd next to the window on the left is a large walk in closet with two small thin doors attached to it nd next is the washroom.

On the right is a large black nd re wardrobe attached to the wall nd has magnificent mirroes showing the viewer the entire room view frm the bed 2wrds the main door.

I must admit Iam absolutely in luv wth this room.It is simple yet unique nd beautiful-kind of his behaviour if I have to be honest.
Iam suddenly interrupted out of my thoughts as Manik’s face turned 2wrds me ..his dark eyes staring at me but sumhow this tym it didnt hold a cold dark look.This tym it hels a vulnerable luk.A luk a young child gives to his mother when he is scared.
“My head hurts”he whispered softly as I nodded biting my lip from the sudden attention.I must say I was not used to this attending nd medicating but I slowly shuffled next to him placing my fingers on his forehead as I slowly strtd massaging them against his skin nd making my hand upwards 2wrds his soft silky hair..

“Why r u doing all this princess”he whispered softly as if in a dream state as I swallowed luking down the tingles formed in my stomach due to his adressing me as princess..Chucking all those I said”Because its the right thing to do”I spoke quietly as he closed his eyes…a low chuckle vibrating off him..

“After all I have done”he spoke shuffling 2wrds me as I stiffened while my hands still playing in his hair..”After all you have done”I whispered finally as he shuffled nd I could feel my eyes drooping nd sleep taking over me nd he whispered”i like you Nandu..u r a very gud person in my dark lyf…like a light in a dark tunnel-“nd with that i felt darkness embracing nd taking over me as I slowly leaned my head against the headboard of bed as manik’s head lay rest in my lap…While I could faintly heear his voice”Im not fit for u princess…mai layak nahi hu..I hate u”
