The episode starts with Lakshmi informing Mangal that she will attend the Holi party. Mangal, busy on a call, dismisses her and hangs up. When Lakshmi turns and says “Didi,” Mangal questions who she was addressing, but Lakshmi manages to cover up. Missing Mangal, Lakshmi decides to attend the party as herself. Upon Lakshmi’s arrival, Mangal is overjoyed. Lakshmi urges Mangal to dance, assuring her she feels fine. They dance together, and the others join in. Mangal then encourages Karthik to dance, but Lakshmi intervenes by dancing around him. However, Jia quickly pulls Karthik away, leaving Mangal shocked.
Suspicious, Mangal confronts Lakshmi about hiding something. Lakshmi denies it, but Mangal presses her to swear on her. To escape, Lakshmi fakes a coughing fit, and Mangal leaves
Later, the kids ask Karthik to sing, and he chooses a song tied to his memories with Lakshmi. Encouraged, Lakshmi tells Mangal that she believes Karthik will soon remember their past, and Mangal agrees. Meanwhile, Sowmya mocks Jia’s situation and plots to use a chemical-filled pichkari on Lakshmi. Jia agrees, but the chemical accidentally lands elsewhere. Mangal screams in pain after twisting her foot. Though everyone is concerned, she hides her injury.
Adit notices a burnt cloth and decides to investigate by calling the decorator. Jia and Sowmya, fearing exposure, plan to leave. Suddenly, Gayatri calls out for Radha, making Mangal and Lakshmi anxious. Lakshmi quietly slips away while Adit helps Mangal inside, leaving Sowmya stunned.
Outside, Gayatri nearly has an accident, but Lakshmi saves her. She warns Gayatri about Jia’s past actions and urges her to support the truth. However, Gayatri insists that Karthik’s happiness lies with Jia. Watching from a distance, Jia smirks in approval. Lakshmi, relieved she didn’t reveal her true identity, resolves to fight for Karthik alone.
Later, Jia calls Lakshmi, demanding she turn on the geyser and iron her clothes, as she’ll be home in 10 minutes. On her way, Lakshmi’s auto breaks down. Jia arrives, finds the geyser off, and angrily calls for Radha. Lakshmi pretends there’s a bad signal to avoid her. Suspicious, Jia checks Radha’s room, only to find it empty.
Jia then calls Radha, and Lakshmi’s phone rings. Trying to hide, Lakshmi stays behind a curtain. Jia is about to check when Karthik calls for a towel, distracting her. Meanwhile, Karthik struggles to wipe color off his face, and Lakshmi, disguised as Radha, helps him. Seeing this, Jia scolds Karthik for accepting Radha’s help and sends her away. The next day, Umesh feels dizzy, and Lakshmi gives him medicine, making him feel better. When Gayatri asks how he is, he credits Lakshmi’s medicine. Suspicious, Gayatri questions Lakshmi about how she knew which medicine to give.
