Scene 1
Mangal asks Adit how is Soumya marrying suddenly. Do you know who that is? Karthik video calls Lakshmi. He says I met a doctor, he will make sure Lakshmi gets back on her feet. I am taking her to Mumbai for 4 days. She says I am so happy. I know Lakshmi will get better. He says she will start talking and walking in 4 days. Mangal says I will pray for her. Adit says all the best. Lakshmi panics seeing him. She breathes heavily. Mangal says I don’t know what is she trying to say to you. Adit says she always has something to say about me. Mangal says she’s been trying to tell me something.
Soumya marks the dates. She says soon Adit will be mine. In 4 days I will be his wife. I will be Mrs. Saxena and Mangal will be ex.
Scene 2
Lakshmi and Karthik come back.
ADit comes to Soumya. she shows him the mehndi. She says write his name on my hands. The girl says where are the guests? Adit says just do what we are asking. Adit plays music.
Scene 3
MAngal sas I felt so bad looking at Lakshmi. Kusum says Karthikk si trying everything. She will be better soon. Dont worry. She will be better soon. Everyone dances and enjoys. Mangal says to the mehndi girl you got late. She says I went for a bridal mehndi. It took long. A woman asks Mangal to get her husband’s name written on her hand. She asks for the name. Mangal says Adit. Adit comes in. She says what a coincidence. I wrote Adit on the bride’s hand as well. Adit tries to run out. Ishana says papa where are you going? Soumya looks at her mehndi. Kusum asks all women to come for sargi in the morning.

Kusum does sargi. She gives Mangal her sargi. Mangal washes her mehndi. Soumya says our love won. THe mehndi is so dark. You love me a lot. Mangal will soon be out of your life. Mangal looks at the mehndi. It’s very light. The women say it’s a bad omen. There is no color. This shows your husband doesn’t love you. Kusum says stop it. She might have used an old cone. Mangal cries. A woman says it’s karwa chauth and your mehndi didn’t have color. Kusum says stop it. She asks Mangal to put her hands in the thaal. She says her hands have the color of love. There is no bad omen. I won’t let anything wrong happen to my DIL ever. Mangal hugs her and cries. She says come on. Let’s eat something.
Soumya sends a voice note to Adit and says my mehndi is so dark. Always love me like you do. Please come at 8. Don’t be late. It’s our wedding day today. He says I will be one time. We waited so long for this day. I can’t be late. Magnal gives him coffee. He says wow Mangal you made such good coffee. She says the first time you called my coffee perfect.
