Adit confronts Mangal, asking what he would have told her family if something had happened to her—and what would have happened to him. Realizing there is nothing more to be done, he decides they should leave and takes Mangal away. Meanwhile, Sowmya successfully unlocks Mangal’s phone and smirks, determined to bring bitterness into Mangal’s sweet life.
Akshat receives a message from Mangal, which Sudesh reads aloud: “I want to expose Niketan. I have revealed the truth, so please come to the hospital with Akshat without informing anyone. We will celebrate and inform the family later.” Convinced, Akshat and Sudesh decide to go alone, telling Kusum they are just heading out for ice cream. Watching them leave, Sowmya smirks, certain that her plan will make Adit hate Mangal, while Akshat’s suffering will push Adit over the edge.
Sowmya calls her men and orders an attack. As Sudesh and Akshat travel, a mob stops their car, accusing Mangal of being a murderer. Panicked, Sudesh tries to call Mangal, but Sowmya intercepts the call with a smirk. At the same time, Adit receives a call from an investor and tells Mangal to go home while he leaves for a meeting. Mangal prays for strength to prove her innocence but suddenly realizes she left her phone at home.
On the road, Akshat fears for their lives as the mob grows violent. Sudesh pleads for Mangal’s innocence, but they refuse to listen. Kusum, sensing danger, sees Sudesh’s favorite kurti catch fire and calls Mangal, but there’s no answer. She then calls Adit, who dismisses her fears. Meanwhile, the situation spirals out of control—Akshat gets trapped inside the car as it suddenly starts moving. Sudesh runs alongside, urging him to escape, but Akshat cries helplessly. Watching from afar, Sowmya briefly looks worried.
Elsewhere, Mangal faints after saving a child. In her unconscious state, she has a vision of Akshat in danger and wakes up in shock. Praying for the safety of all children, she remains unaware of the looming threat to her own family.
At Karthik’s house, Jia manipulates Karthik against his family, making him threaten to leave the house. Gayatri apologizes and promises they won’t interfere in his relationship with Jia. Concerned, she agrees to Jia’s condition when warned that stopping the wedding would endanger Karthik’s life. Jia later discovers a poisoned drink but realizes Radha switched it to protect her. Thanking Radha, Jia happily takes her to her mother.
Prema arrives with dhol players, pleading with Karthik to reconsider his decision. Karthik insists Jia has forgiven his family, and they celebrate. During the mehendi ceremony, Jia asks Radha to apply Karthik’s name in the design, but a distracted Lakshmi draws circles instead. Jia scolds Radha, refusing to forgive her, and asks her to leave. Prema steps in, writing Karthik’s name instead.
Later, during a dance, Lakshmi secretly changes the song to one tied to Karthik’s past, triggering his lost memories. Distressed, Karthik clutches his head, and Jia rushes to stop the music. When the DJ doesn’t respond, she takes control herself. Seeing Karthik struggle, she urges him to rest, but he insists he’s fine and leaves. Frustrated, Jia slaps the DJ.
Meanwhile, Umesh informs Lakshmi that their plan has failed. Later, Jia catches Radha on a suspicious call. Radha claims it was a spam call, but Jia doesn’t believe her and tries to check her phone. Radha yells “lizard,” making Jia drop the phone into the water. Radha cries over her damaged phone, accusing Jia of always doubting her. Jia apologizes and assures her she won’t question her again. However, Radha secretly vows to stop the wedding at any cost.
