Lippika says she keeps the lights on to write songs. She thinks big producers will buy her songs. Right? Shanti says instead of thinking about this think about where will we get money for Mangal’s gift. You already got her in enough trouble. Lakshmi says I will never let Mangal down.

Scene 2
Karthik comes home. He calls Jia, who looks like Mom Slpet. There’s nothing to eat. I will make noodles. She says I can order. He says noodles will do it. I will call you later. Karthik tries to make noodles. Gaitri comes and says your mom has cooked for you. He says aalo

Karthik says you here? She says I thought we should eat together. He says I already ate the food mom cooked. Gaitri says you were right about bringing a DIL. Jia says he will come running home and you will also get company. It’s his wedding age. You should get him married. It’s his age. She says but hurry up. Adit will get angry. Mangal calls Lakshmi and asks her to come for pooja. Lakshmi says I am going to shop. You do pooja with Adit, God will bless you both. Mangal says please come. Sonu is late at the shop. Lippika shows Lakshmi’s top lyricist competition banner. She says the winner will get a 25k award. I already registered you. All my wishes died the day I married you, he leaves. Mangal is sad. She says to Kusum I will do pooja on his behalf.

Lakshmi comes there. Mangal and Kusum wait for her. A thief snatches Lakshmi’s bracelet. She runs after him. Karthik sees her.
