Scene 1
Mangal sits with Lakshmi. She says please open your eyes. We did so many preps for your birthday. You have to celebrate with us. She says Karthi please ask her to open her eyes. She says Adit please scold her. She says if you don’t talk to me I won’t talk to you either. Lakshmi opens her eyes. She coughs. Maagnal says, Lakshmi. Karthik says thank God you’re conscious. Lakshmi says didi.. Mangal says what are you trying to say? Please get some rest. She points at Adit. MAgnal says what are you trying to say? She recalls the divorce papers. The doctor says don’t give her stress. She is not well. Mangal wonders what is she trying to say.
Soumya comes to the hospital. Adit says what are you doing here? She says you weren’t picking up my call. Adit says
The nurse gives Lakshmi’s bag to Mangnal. Soumya says to Adit I fixed our wedding dates. He says please go for now. She says arent you happy? He says I am. But for now please go before someone sees you. Mangal takes Lakshmi’s bag. She sees Adit talking to Soumya in a reflection. Mangal wonders what is she dong here. And why is Adit talking to her?
Magnal comes there. Soumya is shocked to see her. Magnal asks what was she doing here. Adit says it’s a hospital. She says she sent you to jail and you were talking to her? He says it was just formality. He says if don’t talk to her it’d get awkward. She just came and she was asking how I am. She says but that isn’t right. Adit says we should go to Lakshmi.
Scene 2
Lakshmi gets discharged. The doctor says she will feel better at home. Make sure she gets a good diet and physiotherapy. Karthik says I will take care of her. Magnal gets happy. She says Lakshmi you’re going home. Lakshmi think about the divorce papers. She tries to say something. She tries to point at the bag. Mangal says the doctor said you need rest. Adit comes and says let’s go.
The nurse gets Lakshmi on the wheelchair.
Scene 3
Lakshmi is brought home. Karthik makes her eat. She says didi.. Karthik says she’ll come to see you tomorrow. I don’t like seeing you this way. Gayatri brings juice. Karthik says maa got juice for you now. She says it’s for you. You donated blood. You need a good diet too. She says we should shift Lakshmi to another room so you can get some rest too. We have a nurse too. Karthik says she needs rest. I am around her. I care for her the most. Gayatri says to Lakshmi I am worried about Karthik. He’s stopped caring for himself. Push yourself to get better so he can focus on his life. Lakshmi thinks about getting better so she can expose Lakshmi.
Mangal serves the food. Soumya calls Adit. She says come to my house right now. He says to wear purple. It’s a special day. See you. Magnal says have the breakfast. He says Mangal get my purple shirt out. She says but you didn’t like it. He says everyone is wearing it in the office.
Lakshmi prays for strength to tell Magal the truth. She falls from her bed. Mangal sees her.
