Manmarziyan – In the Jungle Episode 1

Hello friends…..first of all i express my sincere gratitude to everyone who all are keeping our manmarziyan still alive and evergreen with their precious time and stories…so now, i am too joing this club of dearies…and am submitting my first ever creation…a one shot on our manmarziyan…..
Both positive and negative criticism are highly welcome…..your comments matter me the most…..hope you all like it…happy reading???….

IN THE JUNGLE ???……

There once lived a lonely little tiger in the forest……the tiger had no friends to play with , as many in his own group teased him to be an orphan….so the little tiger secluded from its group would roam around the forest alone……and soon it found a cheetah that turned into its best friend….. that little cheetah was a very friendly and funny one and though it could befriend anyone in minutes , it had for a long time longed for a pure soul to be with…and that’s how both the little tiger and the cheetah turned into brothers not born in the same womb forgetting all their differences…..they always used to roam alone in the forest as their group pitied these little friends for hunting only for food and never for any fun , and that very act of theirs is seen disgracing the group’s mighty and honour….
In another part of the forest there were this soul sisters little bunny and deer who were the daughters of their respective herd heads…..though they had differences between them ….their heart refused to see any and hence they were sisters….
It was one sunny day and the forest was busy with its own activities and asusual the brothers were in their mission to explore the forest chitchatting with each other…..soon enough they heard a very weak whining of an animal…..they became curious and started searching for the source of the sound and found it in a bush under the tree…there lied a small baby deer whining in pain due to an injury in its leg and obvious was the fact that it was calling for its mother that it was so young and there was no sign of its mother around…..
Tiger:” the baby seems to be severly injured ”
Cheetah:” yes but i couldn’t find its mother anywhere around…. ”
Tiger:”you are right bro…if we leave the baby in this condition it will only make a easy prey for a wolf or fox…..”
Cheetah:”and it seems very young to run or fight…. ”
At the same time the little sisters who were passing by too heard the baby’s sound and were terrified to find a tiger and cheetah eyeing the baby…..
Bunny:”oh god, they are going to hurt the baby… ”
Deer:”can’t they see its a baby and injured too…heartless…. ” she cursed under her breath….
Bunny:”there is no time for that…we have to do something…. ”

Under the tree………
Cheetah:”bro i have an idea…..we both can look around the area to find the mother deer…what say…. ”
Tiger:”no we cannot abandon the baby alone…..u look around for its mother…i will stand by here to watch over it…anyways its my group’s territory and it is lunch time for many of us…..if i be here may be they can leave the baby thinking that i am targeting it.. ”
Cheetah:” brilliant…. then am starting my work…u look around…. bye ….”
The tiger nodded its head “u be careful….” and sended its friend off…..

Behind the plants…..
Deer:”see there….the cheetah is gone….”
Bunny:”great…one out…one to go…now sissy tell me can u recognize whose baby is that… ”
Deer:”no yaar…..its too young…must have been lost as soon as born…haven’t seen this in the herd…but i could find it out ”
Bunny:”then dear go on…try to find its mother…or atleast bring your herd here…the tiger wouldn’t advance if it sees the whole herd, u see its a kid…but be fast and careful… ”
Deer:” okay…u take care….i will come…”saying this the deer left….
Both the cheetah and the deer went in the opposite directions to find the mother deer while the tiger and the bunny stood their to look over the baby deer….with time the voice of the baby got more weaker….
Under the tree….
Tiger’s POV:”oh no….the baby is getting tired….i have got to get something for it to eat…but what would i give that???”….suddenly it saw a nearby tree whose small fruits are fallen on the floor…..tiger’s POV:”idea!!!”
Behind the plants…
Bunny’s POV:”pls my sissy hurry up…..before this dumbo plans to attack the baby….but don’t know what it is waiting for…however its good that this stupid is here or else who knows any other big tiger may come…..oh no…that tiger is advancing….what will i do now?”
The bunny sees the tiger approaching the baby….so it takes the red fruits of the nearby plant whose juice when comes in contact with the skin produces burning sensation…..and makes itself brave and moves towards the tiger…..bunny’s POV:”little tiger u r gone now….no one dares to mess with me…..”
Bunny:”stop there…dare u take another step….i would never let u harm the baby….”….tiger who’s path was just blocked by a cute bunny threatening him….he scanned her from tip to toe and then said…
Tiger:”move away cute bunny…. ”
Bunny:”hey dare you call me cute…no one other than my herd and friends can call me that….”
Tiger:”leave it…move away now….”
Bunny:”no way mr.tiger…find yourself another lunch…”
Tiger:”lunch??? Hey i am not going to eat it….”
Bunny:”then what …..r u going to babysit it? “She smirked with her hands on her hips…
This made the tiger very angry that its nose flared…..it then with no word threw a big leaf bundle which was in its back paw till now to the baby….the baby deer which was so tired in pain got excited to see the small juicy fruits before it….and started munching on it enthusiastically…. the little bunny stood awestruck of what it saw just now….
Bunny’s pov:” seems he really is babysitting the baby…..”and chuckled at its own thought…..
In another part of the jungle…….
The little deer was in frantic search of the mother deer…..deer’s POV:”oh god, where would i now search for its mother…and where did my herd go??? I have been wandering all around but am still not able to find them….hey idea!!! If i manage to climb that high rock,i can get a full clear view of the forest….that would help me find them…”she exclaimed and started climbing the rock…..but accidentally she kicked off a small stone and that stone rolled off the rock and fell on someone’s head…and the little deer heard a “ouch… awww”……..deer’s POV:”i am dead now”…she gulped in fear as it saw that same little cheetah climbing the rock…..rubbing its head with a murderous gaze….she ran into a nearby bush to hide…
Cheetah’s POV:”now who is trying to kill me….when i am already half dead searching for that baby’s mother….”…..deer’s POV:”oh god its coming towards me…and i am cornered too being in this bush….no way to escape at all….now sweety use ur brain to escape…or else u r going to be its delicious lunch for today…..think think think!!!”……the deer sees a little stick around , takes it and jumps before the cheetah…..
Deer:”dare u come near me….” the cheetah was surprised with the deer’s entry and bravery…..
Cheetah:”hey u little puny , r u lost?”he asked concerned…..
This was a great insult…being called little…that too with puny…
Deer’s POV:”u have got to pay for this , jerk….” and it raised its paw with the stick in a threatening manner with her eyes throwing daggers at the cheetah…..the cheetah burst out in a roaring laughter….this made her more angry….
Cheetah between its laughter:”u r going to beat me with..THAT!!!” He again started laughing….now the little deer was all red in anger and its ears were fuming vapour like that of a pressure cooker….
Deer:”hey,what do u think of yourselves,huhh?” She yelled….the cheetah cooly replied…cheetah:”well me…a mighty cheetah” he said with a small immitation of its signature roar….now it was the deer’s turn to laugh…
Deer:”i never knew u r blind or haven’t u ever come across a mirror in ur lifetime,my poor little cheetah”she said sarcastically…. the cheetah was very annoyed with this….
Cheetah:”ha ha…very funny…”
Deer:”trust me…… its really is” the deer answered between its laughter seeing the irritated cheeetah…
Cheetah:”now puny dont waste my time…am on a very important mission…to find the mother deer…”cheetah said with all its dramatic waving of hands and proud brimming eyes…this made the deer angry…the little deer screamed at cheetah….
Deer:”y wasn’t the baby enough?….u want its mother too…heartless jerks…tell me weren’t u and ur friend ashamed for feasting on a baby? ”
Cheetah:”me..my friend.. feasting on the baby…hey, r u nuts? We r trying to help it….”
Deer:”yes yes ofcourse…..in your wild dreams….”she replied frustated…
Cheetah:”just don’t be ridiculous..okay?.. u believe me or not….am least bothered about it…..now try to help me or else leave me to my work….the baby was injured….and within now it would have grown more tired too…i have to move fast..”saying this the cheetah started moving but was stopped by the deer’s voice…..
Deer:”so u guys really r trying to help it? ”
Cheetah:”yes..so now if u will pls excuse me….”
Deer:”hey no no…i can help u….. even i am looking for its mother…”
Cheetah:”then its great…v both can help each other… ”
Deer:”yes…but where is ur friend…. that tiger?”
Cheetah:”with the baby…protecting it from other cheap predators….. “the deer nodded understandingly….
Deer:”now u go in that side, and i this side…..v meet here at another 15 minutes…and if one finds her ,v signal the other…clear? ”
Cheetah:”clear…u take care…”saying this he moved in another direction….the deer stood there smiling at the cheetah….her POV:”different… “….and left in the opposite direction…
……………………..
The baby deer has devoured the fruits like the po in kunfu panda and was now working on the remainings….while the bunny and the tiger were watching it smiling…
Bunny:” i never knew a tiger would protect a deer…” the little tiger just gave her a blank stare and turned its head…..her POV:”mud head…”…..then the bunny spoke in a whisper:”that’s a nice thing…” the tiger stayed silent for that too….but this time with a small smile and a nod….bunny’s POV:”oops..he is dumb too…now how will i pass my time with this idiot until my sissy returns…..oh god pls help….”…..but decided to stay silent and as that is highly impossible..she again talked:”so, where do u live?”the tiger thought of giving her a reply…so that atleast then her big mouth would shut for eternity….
Tiger:”oh….dont u know…i live in the nearby city next to the mayor’s house……”he spoked…and was about to pat is shoulders virtually thinking that now he would be able to live in peace…when it heard the bunny…
Bunny:”yeah…i heard that there is a asylum for dumb tigers like u there….so u live there….great to know “she exclaimed and gigled at her own words….the tiger just rolled its eyes fuming in ange at the impossible nature of the motor mouthed bunny…
Tiger’s POV:”buddy ,where are you?this stupid bunny is giving me an ear bleed with her motor mouth…i think am going to chew her head for dinner if she doesn’t kill me before with that mouth of hers….oh buddy come fast…save your bro….and god pls help me in the mean time…”he pleaded in the name of the almighty looking at the sky……his silence annoyed her…and she again spoke :”counting the clouds , r u? ” but before the tiger could answer they both heard a distinct distance voice…a calling and even before they could decipher it….the baby deer even in its wounded state ran towards the voice…they saw a deer approaching and taking the baby in its arms…..
Mother deer:”my baby….i thought i lost you… “she said caressing the baby with its kisses and the baby curled into its mother’s arm……the little deer and the cheetah too arrived there hugging their respective buddies…..
Mother deer:”thank u so much dears…. “she said to the cheetah and the deer…” and to u too little bunny….for looking over my son from others…”she stressed the word others and eyed the tiger..and the little tiger feeling bad….hung down its head….
Before anyone could reply….the bunny spoke:”no aunty u r mistaken….he was the one who saved ur baby from others and he even fed it… “she showed the mother ,the fruit leftovers in the ground….the mother deer apologetically walked to the tiger and said:”am so sorry son…. ”
Tiger:”that’s okay aunty…i know u didn’t mean it…. ” the mother deer smiled, thanked the four and walked away with its baby…….
The four looked at each other for a while and after a moment of silence…
Tiger:”i think we should move now,bro….”
Cheetah:”yeah….” but the deer spoke cutting him in between…
Deer:”can we guys be friends?”
Bunny:”please…. we both never have seen someone like you people….” she said with her signature cute smile…the tiger and cheetah looked at each other and spoke in unison
:”sure…why not?”
The bunny spoke with excitement :”then done….same place,tomorrow evening 4 ‘0’ clock…okay? Hey one thing we still have to think of a name for our group…” The other three giggled at bunny…
cheetah:”how about ‘the fantastic four’ ,hmmm? ”
Deer:”great.. ”
Tiger:”perfect…”
The bunny spoke with pride:”then FANTASTIC FOUR ,we are….”
They four made a fist bump, shared beautiful laughter and a group hug sealing their unique bond for eternity…………………and with that the hall broke into a roaring applause………………….
A little boy dressed as a tiger broke the hug and came forward ,adjusted himself for the hanging mike and spoke…..
Tiger:”It is not always about who we are…..”
Cheetah:”but what we want to be…. ”
Deer:”and always the beautiful heart in you… ”
Bunny:”brings out the beautiful you…. ”
The four joined their hands and with them another two kids too joined….and they six bowed their heads after chirping a cute thank you in their sweet voice…..
In the crowd ,that gave standing ovation for this little kid’s cute play…six people were puffed with pride and were clapping like anything with a 32 teeth smile plastered on their faces….they were none other than siddharth and nandini mehra, prem and prerna malhotra, samrat and piyali khanna watching their kids stage a miracle with their cuteness and hardwork…. they were proud that their kids are best buddies just like them…….
A young pretty women draped in a elagent cotton saree and her hair tied in a bun…..walked into the stage grabbing a mike for herself….:”so dear parents, how was the little kids play?” She asked excitedly and got her answer with the applause thundering the hall accompanied with the sparkling giggle of the kids in proudness…
Lady:”so now let me introduce you to the heroes and heroines of this play…..first let me welcome our little tiger, arjun mehra…..”…..A cute angelic boy with his sweet smile being dressed as a tiger ran to his teacher, held her hand and bowed to the audinence again in the manner of a prince, the teacher gave him a sweet smile and patted his cheeks…..
Lady:”now here comes our little cheetah, neil malhotra”…a naughty boy dressed as a cheetah ran to his teacher and when his teacher was about to catch his hand, he ran around to another side and held the teacher’s other hand…flashing his dimpled smile on her…..causing her to giggle seeing his naughtiness and then he too bowed with a professional elegancy and joined hands with his best friend cum bro arjun…..
Lady:”and here comes samaira mehra , our little deer…..” a beautiful kid with a innocent smile jumped in her deer dress and reached her teacher….the teacher took her in arms and placed a kiss in her cheeks while sam bowed in her teacher’s arms….
Lady:”now lets welcome our cute little bunny, radhika malhotra…. ” a sweet and bubbly child flashed her beautiful smile towards the audience and hopped towards her teacher in her bunny dress and jumped into her arms….the teacher took her in arms and let her bow and then pulled her chubby cheeks earning herself a innocence filled giggle….then let her down ,so that she could join her gang…..
Lady:”so now comes our baby and the mother deer,the beautiful twins jai and manya khanna…” two fairy like kids dressed as deers ran towards her and held her either arms on either sides and wished the audience with their bow……all this time the standing six never sat and were clapping like hell with others in pride….
Lady:”these six kids have staged a miracle which they have named ‘IN THE JUNGLE ‘ with their hard work and dedication….. and weren’t this play cuteness and sweetness overloaded…or else where would we see a bunny and deer mocking and taunting their predators….” she laughed and the hall too broke into another huge laughter…..
Lady:”now people let us put our hands together to these wonderful bunch of kids…who has staged this played that is not less than any disney world’s creation”
And the kids joined hand with their teacher with boys on one side and girls on another and the seven bowed once again thanking the audience again for their wonderful appreciation…..
Running down the stage the kids hopped into the open arms of their welcoming parents and were drenched with numerous kisses….
nandini:”weren’t they awesome….”she poke in excitement with arjun in her arms and kissing his cheeks…..
prerna:”They really were… “she exclaimed with neil who was busy pulling his mother’s shiny locks being in her arms….
piyali:”so now its party time people…..and tonight chocotreat for everyone…..”she stretched the last three words earning beautiful giggle of the kids…
sid:”and today no limits too…lets party…”he said tickling little samaira and did a supermanpose…all the kids squealed in happiness along with their parents and marched towards the car to head to their common family park…..their heaven….
while walking arjun slowly slided his hands on radhika’s shoulders and kissed her cheeks while neil too did the same with sam before pulling her pony tail…and all that the girls did was just to giggle at their best friend’s craziness and looped arms with their respective brothers….to walk into the future together with a promise that , come what may they will stand for each other always…………………………………………………………………….

Crazy , right? But what to do sweeties, my hands just itched me to write this story to torture u people???(what i am right about that???…hmmmm , so bad i
