The Episode starts with Mahira meeting Rihaan in the market. Rihaan says we have to elope before marriage. She asks did you make entire plan, I can’t marry Zain. He assures her. They see Zain. Rihaan hides. Zain greets her and asks her to have coffee with him. Mahira gives a flying kiss to Rihaan and goes with Zain. Aayat asks can I meet Mariam for the last time. Aijaz allows her. Mariam cries and talks to her friend tortoise. She comes and sees Aayat crying. Aayat sees the oil on the stair. Mariam slips by the oil and falls. She gets hurt. They all get worried for her and rush her to hospital. Aayat calls the doctor and says I m bringing Mariam to the hospital, do all arrangements as I said, I will win this game. She recalls putting oil on the floor.

Reporter tells Rifat that

the haveli was named after Aayat before. Rifat says fine, the mansion is owned by govt now, it can get on my name too, thanks. He goes. Mariam gets treated. Aayat fakes tears. Everyone cry. Rifat and her sister in law come there. Servant says Mariam fell down the stairs, she is taken to the hospital. Rifat asks what, is she fine. Zain drops Mahira home and asks what are you doing here. Rifat says Mariam fell down, we will go to hospital. They rush to the hospital. Doctor says the patient needs blood transfusion, what’s her blood group.

Majaaz says bombay blood group. Doctor says its rare blood group, maybe one of you can give her blood, go for the tests fast. Majaaz and Madiha see each other. Majaaz says our blood groups don’t match her, but Aayat’s blood group will match. Rifat comes and gets shocked hearing this. Rifat hugs madiha and says Mariam will get fine. Majaaz asks doctor to let them see Mariam. Doctor asks them to sit outside. Aayat goes to give doctor. They pray. External blood unit is seen. Aayat asks is she fine, I took big risk by making her fall. Doctor says she isn’t much hurt. Aayat says just one more drama now. Everyone thinks of Mariam. Sun le dua….plays…. Omkar says Mariam will be fine and hugs Majaaz.

Rifat thinks strange that Aayat’s blood group matched with Mariam. She thinks of Mariam’s reports. Nurse says doctor said patient is out of danger now. They all get relieved. Nurse says you can go and see her. Everyone meets Mariam. Rifat says Mariam came here for treatment before right. Aayat signs no to doctor. Doctor says no. Rifat says how would you remember, I will find her name in hospital records. He denies it. She asks how can Aayat’s blood group match with her. Majaaz calls doctor. Nurse says Aayat is suffering a seizure. They get shocked. Aayat does a drama. Everyone looks on.

Doctor acts to give her an injection. He goes out and asks does she have any disease. Majaaz says don’t know, Omkar get her bag and check for reports. They check Aayat’s bag. They get the medical file. Doctor checks it. He says her condition is serious, she doesn’t have much time. They get shocked. Doctor says her condition got worse after giving blood to Mariam, who takes such a risk. Aijaz says just a mum can do this, Aayat has done this as she is Mariam’s mum. Rifat and Zain get shocked. Madiha cries.
