The Episode starts with Farhaan asking Aayat not to waste time on his parents and focus on Jibraan. Aayat asks them to learn from their son. She spares them and goes. Farhaan says I don’t want anything, stop interfering in Aayat’s matters. Hamdam says I won’t let this operation succeed, I will not leave Mariam. Madiha says my heart says that Mariam is not well. Majaaz and Omkar get Rihaan home. Majaaz says he is unwell, he will stay with us. Madiha says he can’t stay here.

Majaaz says you go upstairs and rest. Omkar leaves. Madiha says what’s wrong with you, this guy can’t stay here. Majaaz says he is well. Madiha asks why didn’t you drop him well. He says Meher told me that Sarfaraz has ousted him. She says you have no idea about Aijaz’s anger, even Sarfaraz won’t

She says I will try my best to come. Aayat goes to meet Jibraan. Mariam gets Majaaz’s call on Aayat’s call. She talks to her friends and asks them to call her dad on call fast. Rifat knocks the door and says I have a surprise for you both, tickets to Europe, its been so many days that you got married, you should get time, your love will grow. She gets Rihaan’s call. Rifat asks her to answer. She thinks is he Sarfaraz’s son Rihaan, when I saw them at hospital, I didn’t feel they know each other. Doctor says Mariam will get much pain. Aayat says I have found a solution for her to bear pain, nobody can stop this operation from happening now. Junaid and Hamdam get disguise and come there. Hamdam says once Mariam eats this poisonous pastry, she will die. Junaid goes to feed Mariam. Mariam eats it. Hamdam stops doctor and says I have severe stomach ache, attend me please. Mariam feels unwell and holds her neck. She falls back.
