The Episode starts with Aijaz talking to Nawaaz about Mariam. He says Aayat said she would get Mariam home, if she is treated badly, I will kill you, I will forget that we are twin brothers. Nawaaz says your dream of killing me can’t get fulfilled, I can kill you anytime I want, Mariam is nothing more than Aayat’s illegitimate child, I don’t care if she lives or not. Aijaz shouts Nawaaz. Majaaz comes and asks what happened. Aijaz says you have to go to Mariam, I don’t trust Nawaaz and Aayat. Madiha says you didn’t do right by keeping Rihaan here, dad is very angry. Aayat says I made these things for you. Hamdam and Junaid get toys. Aayat feeds Jibraan. She scolds servant.
Mariam cries and misses family. Farhaan sees her. He gets a call. The man scolds him for his betrayal.
Zain and Majaaz tell Aijaz about the accident and someone saving them. Aijaz blesses that person. Madiha asks Mahira to have food. Rifat stares. Rihaan comes coughing. Aijaz gets shocked seeing him. Madiha says I m your mum and loved you more than Meher and Mahira.
They cry. Majaaz says you are my child. Mariam says I m your daughter, I miss you, I love you, Aayat took me to hospital, I was hurt by injection. Majaaz says be brave, I will come soon. Madiha says you are brave. Mariam asks when will you come. Aayat hears her and comes to see. Mariam says please come soon. Majaaz says I will come very soon, the wait is over. Mariam sees Aayat and says dad is coming to take me. Aayat asks are you coming, Mariam is waiting for you. Majaaz says I wanted to give this good news to Mariam first, you gave us sorrow by taking Mariam away. He asks Mariam to take care. Aayat takes Mariam to kitchen and tortures her.
