The story starts with Om who carries his wife with tears in his eyes….. in car Om makes her lye on his lap and continuously says please Gowri wake up…. Shivaay drives the car rashly and Rudy consoling Om…. They reached hospital…. Om lifts her in his arms and runs inside the hospital by shouting doctor…. They takes her inside ICU…. Shivaay and Rudra stops Om who goes inside….. Om knells down by crying…. Shivaay: please Om don’t cry nothing will happen to her…. Om hugs Shivaay and says in between sobs why she did like that Shivaay why… Shivaay’s eyes also moist by seeing his brother state…. Om: I can’t see her like that Shivaay, it’s all because of me only…. He cries…. Rudy says O please don’t cry we can’t see you like that… Om: no Rudy I am the one and only reason for her condition…. If anything happen to her then I am also goes with her by saying this in the very next second Om gets one tight slap from Shivaay….
Om cries Shivaay also cries by hugging him tightly and says how can you say like that Om…. Did you forget us…. Don’t you forget ONE FOR ALL AND ALL FOR ONE….. Om cries loudly Rudy hugs them…. Whole family is reached hospital… after sometime doctor comes outside Om rushed to her and asked doctor how is she, she will be alright na…. Doctor: we can’t say anything now… the bullet hits near her heart after taking that bullet only we can say anything…. Om shatters Shivaay and Rudy holds him… Doctor: who is patient’s husband… Shivaay pointing Om says he only doctor… Doctor: please sign these papers then only we can do the operation….
Nurse gives the note bad to Om… Om’s hand shivers and sings on it… Doctor rushed inside… Om’s eyes sheds tears continuously… after finishing the operation doctor comes outside… all rushed to him and ask about Gowri… Doctor: we had tried our best but now it’s all in God’s hand…. pray to him he only do some miracle…. If she didn’t open her eyes within two hours then we can’t say anything…. Anika: doctor can we see her… Doctor: sure but don’t disturb her Saying this doctor leaves from that place…. Shivaay: Om you go and see her… without saying anything Om walks from there in the opposite direction of ICU like a lifeless body….
Rudy tries to stops him but Shivaay stops him by saying now he needs some time… Rudy nods…. Om walks along the road….. He stops by seeing the temple he removes her sandals, till now he didn’t believe in god but today for her Gowri he puts his right leg upon first step and moves upwards…. He goes near the sanctum and sees the idol… Om: till now she didn’t do any sin to anyone then why you give a big punishment to her… till now I didn’t asked anything from you but today I am asking only one thing to you please give her to me…. I can’t live without her…. if you can’t do that then take me with her…. but please don’t separate us…. Please by saying this he kneels down before god’s idol by holding his hand together….. He cries loudly…. By seeing his condition all gets sad….
Om sees one construe by seeing that he stands and takes it in his palm by saying I will not keep it down before she will open her eyes….. By seeing that all looks surprised because till now no one sees that one boy does this…. one person goes near Om and asks why you’re doing this…. Om says in crying tone as my wife is in life threatening state… one old lady goes near Om and says since we see one patni does like that to save her pati but for the first time we had seen pati does like that to save her patni…. She is so lucky to have you in her life…. Om says no dadi I am one lucky to have her in my life… Dadi smiles and says sure your praying brings her back… Om smiles and says thank you dadi…. Another woman says we also pray for your wife… all nods and all prays for Gowri….
Om’s hand burns but he managed it… old lady says beta please keep it down it will hurt you more… Om smiles and says no dadi I will do anything for her….. Because of me only she is in this state, I will not do this much for her… all feels bad and also proud… in hospital Rudy searches Om but didn’t find him anywhere and he runs to Shivaay and says this… hearing this Janvi cries… Shivaay please badimaa don’t cry we will find him saying this Shivru leaves from hospital…. They searched him near the hospital then goes near temple and asked many person by showing his pitcher, but all says no I didn’t see him…. At last Rudy sees Om’s sandal near the temple and shows this to Shivaay…. They rushed inside by seeing Om taking construe on his palm…. Shivaay: Om what are you doing its bleeding…. Om loses his all energy but managed himself and says no Shivaay I am alright…. By seeing his brother state Shivru cries…. In hospital Gowri’s finger shakes…. In temple Om feels dizziness but managed to stand….
In hospital Gowri opens her eyes…. All gets happy and calls Shivaay…. Here Om about to faint but Rudy holds him and says Om…. Shivaay says to Om, Gowri opens her eyes…. Hearing this all gets happy and says thanks to god…. Old lady sprinkles water on Om’s face…. Om slowly wakes up…. Shivaay says Gowri opens her eyes Om…. Hearing this Om gets happy and says Shivaay I have to see her…. Om says thanks to god and everyone… Dadi says it’s all because of your love only beta…. Om smiles and leaves from that place…. Om rushed to inside the ICU seeing Om all thinks to give some privacy to them so all leaves to outside….. Om’s eye sheds happy tears same as Gowri….. Om slowly goes near Gowri…. Om says Gowri in very next second Gowri hugs him tightly Om also hugs her without hurting her….
Om asks why you did like that Gowri in a crying tone… Gowri: why you save me Om, I don’t have a rights to live in this world…. I am a daughter of cheep woman if anyone knows this what they will think about others…. Now I hate myself to live Om…. Why you save me Om…. She asks in crying…..Om wipes his tears and breaks the hug and holds her chin then makes her look at him…. Om: don’t say I like that Gowri…. It’s nothing your fault please forget everything…. Now you’re Mrs. Gowri Omkara Singh Oberoi this only you have to remember this always…. I am always there for you to be with you…. Gowri hugs him and says thank you Om…. Om: oh please don’t say thanks to me…. Gowri smiles and accidently touches his right hands palm because of it Om shouts in pain…. Gowri gets shock and asks Om what happen to you… Om stammers and says nothing Gowri he hides his hand….
Gowri: show me your hand… Om shows his left hand to her… Gowri: I said your right hand…. Om: Gowri first I will call the doctor to check you saying this he leave…. Gowri: if you didn’t show me your hand, then don’t speak to me…. Om stops by hearing this and slowly shows his hand…. Gowri gets tensed and asks Om how is this happen and she holds his hand then starts to blow the air…. Gowri’s eyes are moist and ask if it’s paining a lot…. Om ho ho don’t cry na it’s small injury…. Gowri: it’s like small to you first say how is this happen…. We will say bhabhi… Gowri turns and finds Shivaay and Rudy…. Gowri: jiju and Rudy…. Rudy: yes bhabhi we will say one miracle to you…. Om nods no by seeing Rudy… Gowri asks miracle… Shivaay: yes Gowri and explained everything….
Gowri sheds tears and looks at Om… Om wipes her tears and says from now onwards I will not see tears in your eyes… Gowri: why you’re doing this much for me Om…. Om: why you got a bullet for me Gowri before that it’s nothing… they shared a emotional eye lock…. At the time one boy enters by crying…. Gowri: ho handsome what happen to you…. why you’re crying like this… Ansh goes near her and Om makes her sit near Gowri…. Ansh hugs Gowri tightly… by seeing that all the others are get emotional and smiles… Ansh: chachi please don’t do this again…. did you know how much I am crying after hearing this…. I am missing you badly chachi… Gowri sheds tears and says I am also missing you badly….
Ansh: then promise me you will not go alone… wherever you goes I am also come with you… Gowri hugs him tightly and kisses him…. Shivaay gets proud by seeing his son… Doctor comes and says now you all can go, patient have to take rest… Ansh: doctor when we will take my chachi to our house… Doctor smiles after two days you’ll take your chachi to your home… Shivaay takes him and says now we will leave na Ansh… Ansh nods… all goes outside except Om… Doctor: Mr. Om you also wait outside I have to check her… Om: no problem doctor I am her husband only you can check her… Gowri angrily looks at Om… Om gives oops reaction and leaves… in outside Om comes happily seeing this Rudy hugs him tightly and cries… Om: Rudy what happen to you why are you crying like this….
Rudy: hereafter don’t cry like this… we can’t see you like that… Shivaay says yes Om… the trio shares O’bro moments…. Om says now you all go you all are looking so tired… Shivaay: you also Om… first you go with all till then I will take care Gowri… Om: no Shivaay I will manage you all go… Rudy: but O… Om: Rudy from now onwards I don’t want to leave her so please try to understand… all nods and leaves….
After sometime Om goes inside the ward there Gowri sleeps peacefully… Om goes near to her and placed a soft kiss on her forehead… after two hours Om wakes Gowri because doctor informs his as in between every two hours she have to take medicine…. Gowri wakes up and sees Om taking medicine in his hand… Gowri shouts no Om I don’t want it… Om: I am giving small medicine only… Gowri: no Om please I didn’t like it… Om: laughs and says you’re a doctor but you’re fear of medicine… Gowri: I will take injection also but this medicine, no no I didn’t…. Om: ok I will not give you a tablet just realx… Gowri: sure… Om nods and asks Gowri what is this… Gowri also turns and asks what… at the time Om puts tablet on her mouth and makes her to drink water…. Gowri: it’s just ridiculous…. Om you’re cheating me….this is not fair…. Om: everything is fair in love Mrs. Omkara… Gowri looks at him…..
