The episode starts with Sanjana asking Roma to keep an eye while vacuum cleaning the floor and inform her when Sanjay comes. Roma notices Sanjay coming and informs her. Sanjana holds Roma and says he loves her and wants to marry her. Roma calls her Sanjay and says she is a poor girl. Sanjana says he doesn’t care. Sajan stumbles hearing that. Sanjana asks who is that. Sajan says he didn’t hear anything. Sanjana asks him to call her sir and Roma as madam. Sajan walks away from there and cries with Babul Ki Duaayen Leti Jaa. song playing in the background. He walks to bathroom, calls Khiloni, and says he is heart broken as madam is surely a male. Khiloni suggests him to forget madam and concentrate on Kashmira. Sajan says he can’t. They both start crying.

Sanjana

calls him out and asks him to help her shave her beard as she has some phone calls to make. Sajan gets lost in thoughts and runs away from there. He returns home. Sanjana wearing a hot mini skirt dances sensually around him. Sajan imagines him as a moustached man. Ramvati watching them hiding thinks her daughter is looking hot in a mini skirt. Sajan shouts in shock. Kashmira asks what happened to him. Sajan says he imagines her as a man. Sanjana gets angry. Sajan then meets Khiloni and Batuta and drinks heavily. He says they are meeting Sajan for the last time as he is going to have a gender change option. Sanjana walks to them and says she wants to join their party and asks them to prepare a drink for her. Batuta fills glass. Sanjana asks him to full the glass. He does. She gulps whole glass in a go and says she used to finish whole bottle when she was in college. They all 3 sit shocked. Sanjana leaves.

Next day, Chedi’s police commissioner friend Vinod Khanna comes to meet him and says he saw a nightmare yesterday where he saw Chedi as a woman. Chedi laughs. Sanjana walks in and asks what is happening. Chedi says Vinu saw him as a woman in his dream. Sanjana says it’s a sweet dream as she always missed her mother, but her father sacrificed his life to bring her up. Chedi walks away emotionally saying he can become a woman for her. Batuta starts crying. Sanjana asks him reason. He explains whole story to Sanjana. Sanjana says they need to stop Sajan from becoming Sajni and rushes towards hospital. Sajan waits outside the OT for his gender change operation. Khiloni tries to convince him to drop out his idea, but heart-broken Sajan refuses and walks into OT.
