The Episode starts with the doctor informing Arjun that Megha’s pregnancy complications will be clear only after test results. She advises him to pray and wait. Surendar arrives, blaming Manoj’s presence for Megha’s condition and questioning who will take responsibility. Arjun, overwhelmed with guilt, hugs Surendar and says Megha is his life. He breaks down, promising to accept punishment for any future mistakes. Surendar consoles him, and they decide to pray together for Megha’s recovery. Meanwhile, Shagun reassures Ranjeeta, and Mukta arrives with food.
The nurse rushes the doctor to Megha’s room. Arjun follows, only to hear that Megha’s baby is in danger. The doctor orders her to be shifted to the ICU. Mukta calls Sikandar, who hands the phone to Navjot. Mukta informs her that Surendar blackmailed Megha, which explains how she got the video so easily. Navjot is shocked.
A flashback shows Mukta playing a balloon shooting game, leaving the toy gun on a table. Manoj takes it. In the present, Mukta tells Navjot that while Megha escaped the bullet, she fell down the stairs. She then notices Arjun storming off and ends the call.
Arjun, enraged, reaches home and attacks Manoj, blaming him for Megha and their baby’s critical condition. He threatens to send Manoj to a mental asylum and demands to know how he got the gun. Manoj confesses, but Mukta intervenes, claiming she gave him the gun. Arjun is shocked, but Mukta later admits she lied to prevent him from ending up in jail. She points out that their house has weapons, and Manoj, being a child, could have accessed one anyway. Arjun, realizing her reasoning, apologizes.
At the hospital, Megha regains consciousness. Arjun, relieved, asks if she’s okay. The doctor informs them that test results will take a few days.
The next day, Arjun brings Megha home. Manoj welcomes her with balloons and a drawing, excited about the baby. Arjun takes Megha to their room, where she confesses her fears. Arjun reassures her but reveals he plans to send Manoj to a mental asylum. Megha agrees. Unfortunately, Manoj overhears and, devastated, believes they both hate him. He cries silently.
