The Episode starts with Arjun saying I don’t care if you wear mangalsutra or not, but you used to wear it during Manoj’s times, I want to know if you forgot the mangalsutra or not. Megha says you don’t believe me anyway. She refuses to talk to him until he says sorry. Navjot says I had come to warn you, don’t forget, your name is connected to us. She warns Surinder and Ranjeeta. Surinder worriedly coughs. Goldie and Ranjeeta ask what happened. Navjot says I might catch an infection, I will leave. Arjun pulls Megha in arms and says I won’t say sorry, I can’t let my wife go this way, your blouse got open, relax. He ties the string. They have an eyelock. The guests see them and smile.

Surinder locks the door. He asks Kripal to call Arjun. Ranjeeta says we can’t call him all the

time, we will go to doctor. Surinder says no. Kripal calls Arjun and asks him to come fast. Megha asks Arjun what happened, are you fine. Arjun asks Chirag to drop Megha home. Megha says call me if there is anything, don’t take stress. Arjun says don’t worry, go home, take rest, there is nothing that I can’t handle, except you, I know you are with me, please, rest.

Arjun recalls Kripal’s words. Navjot sees Arjun’s car and asks the driver to follow him. Megha comes home. She sees Mandeep questioning the servant and catching her lie. The maid apologizes on getting caught. Mandeep asks Megha to say what to do. Megha says as you find right. She goes thinking about the storeroom. Arjun comes home and asks Surinder to open the door. Surinder coughs and bleeds. Ranjeeta asks the matter. Arjun says I have come, you will go to the doctor now. Navjot comes there. Surinder asks will you keep your promise or not, are you going to leave Megha. Arjun asks what. Surinder says Navjot came and said you are going to leave Megha, don’t do this, you promised me. Ranjeeta asks what’s happening. Surinder says I want to talk to Arjun in private. Arjun says your family is your responsibility, its wrong to hide it from family. Goldie asks Surinder to tell the truth. Surinder says you promised me, you wont tell anyone. Arjun says they are your family, Megha and I have no problem, I don’t know why Bua ji told that, I will talk to them, you tell your truth now. Goldie asks Surinder to say. Navjot comes to see Arjun. Surinder says I have cancer. Navjot, Goldie, Ranjeeta and everyone are shocked. Surinder says I don’t know how much time I have, Arjun loves Megha, I pressurized him to marry Megha before I die. Arjun says we have to fight, you will survive. Navjot says so this is going on here, so they have blackmailed Arjun into marrying Megha. She leaves. Everyone cries for Surinder. Navjot leaves. Ranjeeta says you have hidden a big thing from me, it’s a big cheat. She sits crying.

Surinder apologizes and hugs her. He asks Arjun to not tell anything to Megha. Arjun hugs him. Megha goes the storeroom and sees Shagun there. She says you are here at this time. Shagun says yes, I come here many times. Maid asks where shall I keep these files. Shagun says keep it at some corner and leave. She says Megha, Arjun told you to leave the storeroom, you should be careful of his choice, go now. Megha leaves. Shagun worries. Megha thinks they are hiding some secret from me.
