The Episode starts with Arjun informing Megha that Manoj vomited but recovered after taking anti-allergic medication. Noticing her worried expression, he asks why she looks tense. Megha responds that she is exhausted and admits she will remain anxious as long as Manoj stays with them. Arjun comforts her, assuring her that everything will be fine.
Later, Megha recalls Mukta’s warning about the dirty games being played. Overwhelmed, she breaks down in front of Ranjeeta, who consoles her. Megha confesses that dealing with Manoj, Mukta, and Navjot has been incredibly difficult. Ranjeeta encourages her to stay hopeful and trust in God. Megha also laments that she hasn’t even thought of a name for her unborn baby, whose life now depends on Manoj. Ranjeeta reminds Megha that Surendar is alone and then leaves.
Mukta, determined to eliminate Manoj, sneaks into his room and attempts to kill him. She believes that if Manoj remains alive, Megha’s baby will survive, which she cannot allow. Before she can act, Sikandar arrives and questions her well-being. However, Manoj suddenly becomes aggressive, kicking and pushing Mukta. Speaking in a mature tone, he shocks Mukta by revealing that he has been pretending to act like a child. He strangles Mukta, taunting her to fight back. Sikandar intervenes, urging Manoj to release her. Manoj warns them both that while he may be pretending to be forgetful, they must not forget who he truly is.
A flashback reveals Manoj’s past actions. In the forest, he attacked Sikandar and Mukta, exposing his deception. He accused them of trying to trap him in quicksand and manipulated Sikandar into calling the police for a staged rescue. Manoj declared that he would continue his act once the police saved him. Mukta questioned what would happen if they refused to support him. Manoj then disclosed that he had seen Surendar handing a pendrive to Megha, ensuring its contents played during the Holi party. He ominously suggested that Sikandar could be his next target and demanded their allegiance.
Back in the present, Manoj confidently claims he knows Megha will give birth to a baby boy, declaring that his son is his top priority. Ignoring Sikandar’s pleas, he orders that nothing must happen to Megha or the baby before finally releasing Mukta. Megha enters the room, witnessing Manoj’s childish act. He falsely accuses Mukta of trying to take his toy. Megha notices the marks on Mukta’s neck but dismisses Mukta’s concerns, asking her to stop troubling Manoj. She instructs Manoj to behave and leaves. Mukta, frustrated, regrets not exposing Manoj.
Arjun informs Megha that he is leaving for a meeting in Delhi and will return the next day. After he departs, Megha recalls Manoj’s disturbing reactions regarding the baby. She concludes that Baby might expose Manoj’s true intentions. Determined to act before Arjun returns, she executes her plan.
Megha lures Manoj to the car and invites him for a drive. Manoj expresses doubts about her driving skills, but she assures him she knows enough. As they drive, Manoj suddenly panics when Megha claims the brakes are not working. With the car speeding uncontrollably, Manoj is forced to intervene and apply the brakes, preventing an accident. Shaken, Manoj confronts Megha, accusing her of endangering his baby.
