The Episode starts with Megha telling Arjun they will raise their baby well. She advises him to rest as he feels unwell. While giving him a head massage, Arjun falls asleep. Megha heads to Manoj’s room, searching for an antidote. She finds it in the cupboard. Manoj enters, startling Megha. He questions what she’s stealing and demands the antidote. Megha tries to escape, but Manoj grabs her, twisting her hand. He snatches the antidote and scolds her for removing the nuptial chain and attempting to steal from him. His anger spikes when he recalls her hugging Arjun. Manoj insists Megha confess everything to Arjun. Megha declares she will protect both Arjun and the baby before leaving.
Arjun wakes up and drinks water. Megha notices Manmeet and calls Sonam, asking her to send a jacket. She’s confident Manoj won’t see what’s coming. Entering her room, she finds Arjun emerging from the washroom. He mentions vomiting due to a stomach infection and assures her he’ll recover. At breakfast, the maid informs Megha about a delivered parcel. Opening it, Megha reveals a jacket. Manmeet remarks that Megha was wearing the same one earlier. Megha claims she asked Sonam to send it for Manoj. Suspicious, Manoj wonders about Megha’s intentions. Sikandar urges Manoj to try the jacket, excited by its glowing lights. Arjun questions Sikandar’s enthusiasm, and Sikandar admits it’s his first time seeing a lighting jacket.
Megha makes Manoj wear the jacket. Manoj whispers a reminder that Arjun’s life is in his hands. Megha retorts that she will play her own game. She demands Manoj dance, intent on ruining his scheme. As Sikandar plays music, Manoj dances but suffers an electric shock. Arjun quickly intervenes, preventing further harm. Manoj faints. Sikandar leaves to fetch a doctor, while Shagun escorts Arjun to rest. Megha instructs Shagun to stay with Arjun, and Mukta also departs. Megha resumes her search for the antidote.
Arjun drinks water, clutching his stomach in pain. Concerned, Shagun questions him about his discomfort. She grows worried when Sikandar delays bringing the doctor. Shagun suggests taking Arjun to the hospital. Arjun asks her to contact Megha. Megha finally finds an antidote in Manoj’s pocket. Grabbing an injection, she turns and is startled by Manoj’s sudden appearance. Manoj sarcastically praises her plan and questions what she’ll do if he dies, pointing out her reliance on him to save the baby. Megha confidently says she knows he won’t die, justifying her actions to protect Arjun. Manoj smugly reveals that the antidote in her hand is fake.
