The Episode starts with Manoj leaving the house. Megha gets scared and leaves the house. She runs downstairs. She cries and thinks of Manoj. She calls Arjun. She says Manoj was there in that flat, Nupur was also there, I didn’t see her, I came out, I m scared. Arjun says I m coming, I m reaching in 10 mins. Arjun comes and meets her. He says I don’t understand, I told you not to go there. He cheers her up and asks her to have vada pau, its famous in Mumbai. They go home. Arjun shows Manoj’s info. He says I got this info from Nupur’s office. She says Nupur married Mathew willingly or not, Amy also went back to him, I also fell for him, we girls risk anything for some respect and love. She cries. Arjun stops himself from holding her. Megha says there won’t be any more Nupur, Megha or Amy.

Manoj comes home and looks for Megha. Kripal says she is gone. Manoj catches him and calls Megha. He says surprise. She is shocked. Manoj asks where are you. Kripal says don’t tell him. Megha says I came to Delhi for dance workshop. Manoj says you are lying, you are with Arjun, show me your room, if you are saying the truth. She says no. He hurts Kripal. He says show me the room. She sees the info board. She throws the dupatta and covers the board. Manoj says I was just pulling your leg, come back soon, I love you.

Later, Megha wakes up and looks for some clues. She calls Surinder. He asks where are you. She says I m fine, sorry to come this way, are you okay. He says yes, you didn’t learn to lie, tell me what’s going on. She says promise me, you won’t get angry. He asks where are you. She says I can’t see my family living in fear, I want to end Manoj’s fear, I need your help. She tells him everything. He is shocked.

She says do anything but I need this info. He says just remember one thing, you are my life, if anything happens to you then I will die. She says don’t say that, do this work asap. He says fine. Surinder gets the details. He learns that Manoj got kidney transplant. Manoj comes and says Megha is curious to know everything, I had a kidney transplant. He shows the mark. Surinder says Megha will end you. Manoj says but I will end you. He pushes Surinder down the floor. Surinder falls down and bleeds. Megha wakes up and shouts. She prays for him. Everyone comes and attends Surinder. Manoj runs from the balcony. Megha gets the details of the medical report and thinks of Nupur.
