The Episode starts with Manoj taunting Megha, revealing the antidote in her hand is fake. Megha refuses to fall for his tricks, but Manoj smugly claims she already has. He dares her to taste it, asserting he knows her too well to carry a real antidote. Megha smells the liquid and realizes Manoj was right. Gloating, Manoj reminds her that Arjun’s life is in her hands. Megha pleads for Arjun’s life, but Manoj insists that after Arjun’s death, he will take Megha and their baby with him. He claims all he wants is his child.
Megha begs him to end the twisted game, but Manoj fantasizes about the baby inheriting his traits. Just then, Shagun’s screams echo through the house. Manoj cruelly informs Megha that Arjun has only 30 minutes left. Inviting her to play a twisted version of Big Boss, Manoj commands Megha to lock Shagun in the storeroom, make her unconscious, and release gas from a cylinder. He forces Megha to choose between Arjun and Shagun. Despite the emotional torment, Megha chooses Arjun, further fueling Manoj’s mockery.
Manoj contacts Viru, declaring his imminent departure. Meanwhile, Arjun struggles to breathe, desperately calling Megha’s name before collapsing unconscious. Megha deceives Shagun, claiming they need ayurvedic oil from the storeroom. Shagun unsuspectingly follows Megha, who then knocks her unconscious and apologizes. Determined, Megha hauls an empty gas cylinder into the storeroom to maintain the illusion.
Confronting Manoj, Megha demands the antidote. Manoj smugly declares that only Big Boss gives orders, commanding her to find the antidote herself. When Megha reminds him of his earlier promise, he ridicules her for believing him. He grants her just 10 minutes to save Arjun.
Megha races to uncover the antidote’s location through the CCTV footage. Observing Manoj’s movements, she notices him heading towards the garden. Without wasting time, Megha rushes outside and searches frantically. Believing the antidote is hidden in a flowerpot, she begins digging. Suddenly, a scorpion bites her, causing her to cry out in pain. In a flashback, Ranjeeta’s advice about neem oil’s healing properties echoes in Megha’s mind. Gritting her teeth, Megha fights through the pain and continues her search. Finally, she discovers the real antidote, clutching it triumphantly as time ticks away.
