Megha learns that Manoj’s kidney transplant happened six years ago. She tells Arjun that Nupur disappeared six years ago and Manoj’s kidney transplant happened six years ago, so it won’t be a coincidence. Arjun asks her whether she is sure about Manoj’s kidney transplant. She tells him Surendar sent the report to her. He sees the report. He says the police department has so many resources that they did not get this report, but Surendar found it. She asks him to return the phone to her if he doesn’t trust Surendar then.
He tells her he is praising Surendar. He says it’s good he ordered breakfast; otherwise, she would have made sure he got a headache. His towel drops when he tries to enter the bathroom. She scolds him. He tells her she entered his room, so she has to deal with it.
Megha calls Surendar but gets no response from the other side. She calls her father again and starts talking without knowing Manoj picked up the call. She tells him she was worried about him because she had a nightmare. She receives breakfast. Manoj learns that Megha is in Mumbai and disconnects the call. He says he knew Megha followed him. He sends a message to Megha from Surendar’s phone.
Sadanand asks Manoj how Megha reached Mumbai. He asks whether Megha saw the flat too. Manoj asks Sadanand to not ask too many questions and let him think. Sadanand taunts Manoj for pushing Surendar from upstairs. He asks what if Surendar tells the truth to the police. Manoj tells Sadanand to tell everyone he was with the latter. Sadanand tells Manoj to solve the problem. Manoj says he is doing whatever he can do. He adds he is going to do something so they don’t need to run away like this.
On the other hand, Megha’s family admits Surendar to the hospital. Ranjeeta tells Kirpal to call Megha. Surendar holds Kirpal’s hand and signals to not call Megha.
Arjun and Megha reach the hospital with the police officer. They learn that Matthew was admitted to the hospital six years ago, but a kidney transplant did not happen. A police officer says maybe Matthew and Manoj are different persons. Megha tells him Manoj and Matthew are the same person. She says Manoj’s kidney transplant happened, and Nupur was supposed to give her kidney to Manoj. She adds maybe Nupur changed her decision and Manoj stole the kidney.
In the hospital, the doctor tells Megha’s family that surgery is over. He asks them to wait. Ranjeeta sees the CCTV footage of Manoj entering the house.
Megha wonders where Nupur is if Manoj stole Nupur’s kidney then. She thinks something in that flat; that’s why Manoj is staying in that flat still. She recalls how Manoj was talking in the flat. She assumes that Nupur is in that flat and reaches Jeevan society. Meanwhile, Manoj leaves for Jeevan society.
