The Episode starts with Navjot and Dolly taunting Megha that she is an abandoned woman. They leave. Megha cries. Surinder gets unwell and coughs. He says the same thing is happening again. Megha says Arjun isn’t Manoj, he loves me a lot, his Bua isn’t happy, Bua wants to create misunderstanding between us, I trust Arjun, he loves me. Arjun is busy at work. Surinder calls Arjun. Arjun doesn’t answer.
Megha says Arjun cares for the baby, you don’t worry. She goes to the hospital for checkup. The doctor checks her and says the baby’s heartbeat isn’t heard. Megha asks what. She cries and gets scared. The doctor says sorry, I should have told you, the machine cable was unplugged. She checks Megha again. Megha sees her baby. Doctor says baby’s heartbeat is fine, sorry, it was machine’s fault. Megha thanks her. Doctor asks her to come with her husband next time. Megha leaves. Kohli reads the news of Manoj’s death. He says I will not spare those people.
Megha comes home. Ranjeeta finds her sad. Surinder says Navjot said Arjun will leave Megha. Ranjeeta says I m also scared. Megha thinks of Arjun and goes to sleep. She wakes up and sees Arjun. She argues with him. She says I can take care of myself and this baby. Ranjeeta looks on. Arjun says you are right. Megha says I went to the doctor, I was waiting for you, you disappeared and didn’t come. Arjun consoles her. He asks her why are you angry, did anyone say anything. Megha ells what Navjot did. Arjun gets angry. He asks her to wait. She asks him not to call Navjot. She says I m not complaining about her, she told us, she doesn’t want this baby, we have a hope that she will accept this baby, we have to think if its practical to stay separated. He says baby’s life fell in danger twice, no one wants to take your responsibility. He asks do you know who did this, tell me, I promise, I will make everything fine and take you home. She recalls Navjot. Kohli comes and asks everyone to come out. He gets some people and media to protest. Arjun and Megha worry. Arjun asks Kohli and Kavita to leave. They claim Manoj’s baby. Megha comes with a sickle to fight them. She warns them.
