Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali fame Sai Ketan Rao visits Mahalakshmi temple during Navratri with family
Sai Ketan Rao, who was last seen in Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali, recently visited the Mahalakshmi Temple in Mumbai, with his family. The actor talked about it during a recent interview and shared that he makes it a point to visit Mahalakshmi temples in the country, once or twice in a year. Sai visited the temple yesterday to seek blessings from the Goddess during Navratri.
He said, “This is my sixth visit to the Mahalakshmi temple in Mumbai. I make it a point to visit Mahalakhsmi temples in the country, wherever I am, for my prayers. The Navratri festival is going on and I wanted to visit the temple with my family. It was a beautiful experience, doing darshan, puja and spending time with my family. Since there was no photography allowed, I could not click a picture at the temple. The temple is located near the seaside, so it is very picturesque and I am a spiritual person at heart, so whenever I visit a temple, I feel good and peaceful.”
Sai whose show Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali went off-air on Nov 27, 2021, has kept busy shuffling between Hyderabad and Mumbai. He said, “Throughout the year, I keep shuttling between the two cities. My father is a Maharashtrian and my mother is from Hyderabad. Since I have done Telugu web shows and films, people have this misconception that I am from Hyderabad. I am not focussing on any medium, I want to do good projects, whether it is a film, TV show or a web show.”
Sai is now all set to essay the lead in Sandiip Sikcand’s upcoming show. He shared, “Yes, we are in talks and hopefully, if everything goes well, I will be working with Sandiip again and people will see me on TV soon.”
