It was a fine morning. She was travelling on a train with her mom. She was looking around her and was excited to explore each and every place through the journey. She got in to the train and got seated next to a window. As soon as she got seated the train started its journey. It soon raised its speed. The girl was looking out of the window. While the train went through the journey, the girl was able to see a lot of things.
First she saw some girls washing some clothes. They were sitting next to a well and were rubbing the clothes with much effort. The girl got thinking.
Why are those girls washing clothes by themselves? What happened to their mom? Don’t they have a laundry nearby? Or don’t they have a washing machine?
While she was brooding about these things the train stopped at the first station.
There, a man with a lot of water bottles, was going to each and everyone, and he said something to all of them. The girl was curious to know what the man was telling to everyone. She didn’t hear what he was saying at first, but heard another man saying, “We don’t want water bottles. Don’t trouble us. In fact how can we be sure whether your water is pure or not?”
The girl got thinking. “Why don’t these people trust each other?”
The train started to move slowly. Then she saw a good looking boy running from a distance towards the train. “He’ll surely miss the train. But why didn’t he come a little bit earlier? If he did he would have got into the train at the right time!”
On the corner of the platform, a man was sitting on a bench. He was looking far away. “For whom is he waiting?”
The train speeded up. The girl was getting a bit lazy. She looked around. She saw a tall girl who was standing beside her with her eyes ebbed in a big phone. “That girl seemed not be a part of this world. She only cares about that huge phone. A smart phone! Really huh? funny -_-
Then she saw a grandmother standing in front of a front seat. “How cruel. None of these people are kind enough to offer a seat.” She thought.
At the next moment she offered her seat to that old woman. The old woman’s eyes were in tears. She bent near the girl and said, “God will always be with you my child”
The girl felt light at heart after this arrangement. She was feeling happy of the old woman’s blessings. “This is a surprising world. While the others were able to gain a heart touching blessing, just only by offering a seat, they just didn’t even cared to look at her.”
The train was reaching to the other station which the girl and her mom got out and went away. Before leaving the train the girl did not forget to bid farewell from the old woman.
The End
