The Episode starts with Shanti asking Kaushalya to light diya. She asks her to sing something, I m happy. Kaushalya says I will light diya and just come. Riya comes there to light diya. Shanti, Kaushalya and Shivam smile. Riya asks Shanti what will she have today. Shanti and Kaushalya laugh. Shanti asks Riya to make something fast, she is feeling hungry. Shivam happily looks on. Shanti plays radio.
They all sit for having dinner. Shanti tastes food and says its not so good. Kaushalya says I told Riya everything how to make food. Riya asks what happened. Shanti says salt and spices are less. Kaushalya signs Riya. Riya apologizes and says next time, I will cook better. Shanti says I have to eat food, I can’t leave it. Kaushalya signs Riya and they hug Shanti. Shanti makes them away and asks
Shanti rests and has legs aching. Riya massages her leg and reads magazine. Shanti asks her to do her benefit too. Riya says I will follow the guidelines written in magazine and do. Shanti asks her to massage with power, you eat so less food. Riya applies power. Shanti says not so much, my bones will break, apply some power. Riya asks her to tell how to do. Shivam comes there and signs Riya to come. Riya signs Dadi is here. He signs I will come inside. Shanti sees Shivam and smiles. She says I closed eyes and Riya went. Riya says no, I m here.
Shivam signs Riya to come fast. Shanti asks Riya why is she smiling. Riya says nothing, I was thinking of some old thing. Shanti asks what, its fine, you go and sleep now, but if you massage legs with oil, I will get relieve. Riya says I will get oil and goes out. Shivam asks Riya to come with him. She says Dadi will not leave me. She goes back to Shanti.
Shanti asks Riya why will she disturb Shivam now. Riya says no, Shivam is disturbing. Shanti asks what, come and sleep here. Riya asks Shivam to go and shuts the door. He gets annoyed.
Its morning, Shanti tells Kaushalya of some bad smell coming. Kaushalya says I don’t know whats this smell, I tried lessening the smell by lighting incense sticks, its smell of fish dish maybe. Riya and Preeti come. Shanti asks Riya to do puja. Kaushalya asks Preeti to get away. Preeti argues. Shanti says Preeti belongs to other family now, as you got married now. Riya tries explaining Preeti. Preeti blames Riya again.
Shanti and Kaushalya guide Riya on doing the puja. Preeti cries. Shanti explains Riya about Pitra puja, you have to take our traditions forward now, you will become part of our happiness and sorrows. Shanti, Riya and Kaushalya pray. Preeti says its enough now, I will also become like Bua and ruin everything, you all made me helpless to become like this, now you all have to bear me.
Riya goes to prepare mehendi paste. Shanti asks Riya to dry her clothes. Riya goes to dry clothes. Mama argues with Sharmili and asks her to assure him that she will give him property. Shanti smiles seeing her husband’s pic. She calls Kaushalya and asks her to give tea in old cup. Kaushalya says its old and broken. Shanti says it maybe old, but I love this cup, my husband have this to me. Kaushalya smiles. Shanti says he gifted this to me in mu-dikhai. Kaushalya says you look good when you get shy. Shanti says I m not shy. Kaushalya gets some call and says I will call Amma ji first. She tells Shanti about kitchen utensils sold on low rates. Shanti asks her to go. Kaushalya says we have to set Preeti’s house too. Preeti hears them and gets annoyed thinking they are giving cheap utensils to her.
Shivam smiles seeing Riya and holds her. He shuts her mouth. They have a sweet talk. He holds her close and music plays…………..Preeti comes there and reacts seeing them. Shivam goes. Preeti taunts Riya to cross limits of shame and goes. Riya smiles.
