Jhipri and the village kids make uplas. Sai Om plays. Anta and Banta keep an eye on them. Banta says how to teach a lesson to Jhipri. Jhipri tells kids that they need to go to village to get more dung. Kulkarni calls the villager and says they are thinking to celebrate Diwali, but what about the british treasure which is stolen. Vishnu tells that Jeeva meets Sai and says if they give proof against Sai then he will be arrested. Kulkarni asks them to bring proofs against Sai else give 10 Rs. each. The villagers say that 10 Rs. is a big amount for them which they haven’t earned in their entire life. They get tensed. Anta and Banta steals the dung from all the village. Banta says now I see how to make Uplas. Sai comes to villager and asks for charity, but nobody gives him anything.

Villager says

trouble came on us because of him. Sai hears them. A villager thinks to give statement against Sai, but other villager tell that Sai treated his son. A woman gives him ration bag. Sai accepts it. Jhipri says now when we will make dung cakes. Champa says we can’t do anything. Jhipri says she wants to light every house with diyas and asks them to come. Bayaza tells Mhalsapati’s wife that arrangements shall be done for marriage.

Mhalsapati’s wife asks do you think that marriage will happen. Bayaza says if marriage is not destined then Sai wouldn’t have shown your house to Vishnu’s father. Sai comes there and asks them to think good. Mhalsapati’s wife says she don’t understand what will happen. Yamuna gives him something. Sai says Allah malik. Jhipri prays to cow and asks to help them. She asks others to pray as well. They ask them to give dung. The cows excretes dung. Champa comes to a house to sell dung cakes. Villager says he is already tensed about 10 Rs. which Kulkarni asked. A man comes to Mhalsapati’s house and says he came to talk what he shall make in marriage, and says Mhalsapati gave him half payment.

Mhalsapati’s wife asks if he will return the money. Bayaza asks him to wait. Bayaza asks Mhalsapati’s wife to have patience. Jhipri comes there and asks Maharaj sitting there if he needs uplas to be used as fuel in Yamuna’s marriage. He says he needs 500 uplas. Jhipri says we will have Diwali because of Yamuna’s marriage. Mhalsapati comes there. Bayaza says it is a sign that marriage will happen. Mhalsapati’s wife agrees to take uplas. Bayaza says she will pay for the dung cakes and will keep it in her house.

Jhipri comes to Sai and says all uplas are ready. She asks how to take it. Sai gives her bags. Two of the bags fall down from the cart.
