Sumitra holds her dupatta over the diya while her family shouts at her to stop. Sai blows out the diya in Dwarkamai. Sumitra’s family members are relieved to see the diya blow out. They open the door somehow. Girija holds Sumitra. Sumitra tells her to let her die. Girija asks her what she was about to do and comforts Sumitra. Sai’s words echo in her head.

Next morning, Sai comes to collect alms. Girija goes outside holding Gopal. He asks about Sumitra. Girija is about to reply when Shyam comes running outside calling for help. Girija gets tensed. They all head inside. They see Sumitra playing with an imaginary kid in the crib. Girija tells Sai that she has been blessed to become a mother twice while Sumitra got none. I have received more than I had hoped for. Sumitra is missing out on motherhood

though. Sai replies that Ram ji thinks before giving anything to anyone. Girija says I might have been given something extra so I can help someone. Sai asks her what she is thinking. Girija looks at Gopal. I want to share my happiness with Sumitra. I want to give my younger son to her. Sai becomes tensed. Girija asks Him why He got so tensed. Sai tells her to think it through. You wont be able to step back once you take any step in this direction. Girija looks at Sumitra and then at Sai. She puts Gopal in the crib. Sumitra looks at her in surprise. She cries as she picks up Gopal. Girija and Shyam watch her as she swirls holding Gopal in her arms. Sumitra apologizes to Girija after a few seconds. For a second it felt as if this is my baby. Girija affirms it to her. This is your baby from today. You are Gopal’s Aayi from today. Now there is someone who will call you Aayi as well. Sai tells Sumitra that this is Girija’s decision. Girija reminds Sumitra of her promise when Sumitra had come to their house. You must recover completely for my sake now. Become that old, chirpy Sumitra again. Sai tells Sumitra it is true. You finally have the position that you were yearning for. Now you are a mother and this is your baby. Come to your senses now. Sumitra hugs Girija and cries. Girija tells her not to say anything. Forget about me and look after your baby. Sai tells Girija a new chapter has begun in their lives today. Don’t back off now.

A man reaches Khandoba temple. He asks Mhalsapati ji about Sai. Where does He stay? Mhalsapati ji asks him who he is. Ram Baba gives his intro. I have heard a lot about Sai. I have heard that He is like God. Mhalsapati ji agrees to take him to Dwarkamai once the puja is over. Ram Baba agrees. Is there a river nearby? I want to take bath before meeting Sai. Mhalsapati ji tells him that Sai can meet him even if he hasn’t bathed for 10 days. He would hug you warmly. Ram Baba agrees. Would you be able to come to temple for puja without taking a bath? Mhalsapati ji points him towards the well. He thinks that they get to meet people from all walks of life because of Sai.

Appa Patil ji is sharing his story with Baizama and Keshav in Dwarkamai. Sai took care of me. Sai remarks that it is Girdhar Gopal who does that. Appa Patil touches His feet. Sai blesses him. Baizama serves food to Sai. Sai keeps the roti and onions on a plate. This is enough for today. You can take the rest home. She replies that she has cooked everything for Him. Sai requests her not to push today. This is all that I want today. You all shouldn’t waste time here. Go to Vishwanath’s house. You are much needed there. Baizama asks Sai what has happened there. Sai replies that the relations are sensitive right now. Elders can share their experience with the younger ones at such times.

Girija’s husband asks Girija how she could do this. She begins to reply but he cuts her off. You dint even wait to discuss it with your husband. You took this decision on your own. Girija speaks of Girija’s condition and hos this will make Sumitra and her husband happy. Gopal will grow up right in front of our eyes. Sumitra would have drowned in pain if I hadn’t done this. Would we have been happy seeing her thus? He says it is about today. Would it be easy for you tomorrow? She admits that this is the toughest decision of her life. It would become a little easier if you are with me on this.

Ram Baba tells Mhalsapati ji how he does all the right things and follows his religion dutifully. Mhalsapati ji brings him to Dwarkamai. He is taken aback at the sight of Dwarkamai. Sai lives here? Mhalsapati ji nods. Ram Baba says there must be a reason. Ram ji went on exile too after all.

Sumitra’s husband thanks Girija. You have given a new lease of life to my Sumitra. I was just pretending to be strong from outside. I was scared from inside as I knew how things would end if this continued. I would have lost her this way but you have brought her back to life. Your sacrifice is so big. We will not be able to repay you ever. What if a problem arises in future though? She assures him that it wont happen. I have given it a lot of thought. He thanks her and leaves. Girija’s husband is still upset. Girija apologizes to her husband. I dint discuss this with you before but do you still think this was a wrong decision? Her husband speaks of Sarkar’s medicine that he was about to give. We should have tested it. Girija reasons that Sumitra’s condition could have worsened if that medicine hadn’t worked. Her husband says Sarkar insisted that it will work. Baizama calls him a liar.

Ram Baba looks at Sai in confusion. He is Sai? Mhalsapati introduces Ram Baba to Sai. Ram Baba is a little disappointed by Sai’s appearance as well. He offers besan ke ladoo to Sai. Cook has made this while wearing cotton clothes. Sai smiles. I love them and the timing is right. I was just about to eat lunch. He asks Keshav to give food to them. Keshav keeps the basket on floor. Sai divides the roti and onions in 2 portions. Ram Baba looks at Him in shock.

Precap: Sai asks Sumitra if she is happy now. Sumitra nods. I want to give her all my love. I want to start by giving him a name. I am sure Tai wont mind it. Right, Tai? Girija and her husband are taken aback.
