Sudha says to Banta, you may have miss judged Sai, he is kind like you and helps others. Santa shows Banta Kulkarni’s men walk to him. Banta asks Sudha to go inside with her mother and says he has to leave for some work. Sudha sees them and asks are they coming for you. Banta says yes I am going to be felicitated so they are here to take me along because its in other village. Sudha says okay and leaves.
Santa Banta are told that Kulkarni wants to meet them. Banta says we are coming, Banta asks Santa to get changed.
Sudha says to Rani Bai, she sees divine power in Sai but Banta doesn’t see it. Rani Bai says I believe it too that Sai is divine and if husband is wrong a wife has full right and its responsibility to show the right thing and says to Sudha if she can show Banta the right
Banta tells Kulkarni he is unwell and so couldn’t come. Kulkarni checks him and while asking questions back to back asks when did you get married, Banta says yesterday. Banta starts slapping himself and falls in Kulkarni’s feet and apologies. Kulkarni says I don’t have to do anything with your personal life, you are my servant and all I care is about my work and if you fall short I will insult you in front of your wife too.
Kulkarni says Banta you are married now and I think I should give you more responsibilities, I am thinking of a business and had thought if someone else but now since you are married and you will need more money, I give that responsibility to you. Banta very happy thanks Kulkarni and calls him hos God.
Santa asks what about me, find a girl for me too. Kulkarni slaps him, Banta says don’t worry we will find a girl for you.
Banta and Santa talking alone praise Kulkarni says he is so kind and I will keep Sudha happy too. Santa says what if Sudha finds the truth, Banta says once we have a baby, she will never leave me even after finding the truth, for some more time lets hide these lies.
Kulkarni says they think I will forgive this lie, they forgot that Kulkarni never tolerates lie and if these two lie slowly everyone else and so Banta needs to be taught a lesson, he will sell stolen stuff and I will just earn the profit.
Sudha and Rani Bai visit Sai and thank him for curing Rani Bai. Sai says it’s all Gods wish. Sudha says to him, I never met God and I think he looks just like you and since the day I met you all my work is streamlined, my mother is fine, I got a kind husband who is helpful and at times all this feels like a dream. Sai says to Sudha, happiness and sorrow is part of life its just that lies at start gives happiness but later just pain and at end only truth wins. Sudha asks what if I don’t survive hardships, Sai says you came to me with kind heart and I will be always with you. Sudha and Rani Bai leave.
Sai makes diamond out of a stone and throws it. Sudha passing by sees the diamond and picks it and says it looks like diamond who might it belong too. Sudha says I have to tell Banta about it.
Banta sees diamond and is mesmerized. Sudha says someone might have lost it, we can’t keep this. Banta says you are right, I will give it on Chavdi and whoever it belongs to will take it.
Sudha says okay and leaves. Banta thinks that if he submits it Kulkarni will take it away and it’s better I sell it and become rich like I have lied. Santa peeps in and sees the diamond. Santa thinks so Banta wants to take away all the money alone and I won’t let that happen.
Next day, Banta tells Sudha that he is leaving to submit the diamond. Sudha says okay and checks that flour is finished and decides to go buy it.
Santa asks Banta where he is going, Banta says Nagar for some work. Santa says I know you are going to sell the diamond, and says this diamond has my share too. Banta says my wife found it outside my house, so where did you come from, don’t forget who you are. Santa says don’t forget I am you friend and I have sacrificed so much for you, I get no proper food and plus thos behaviour. Banta says you are a greedy man. Santa attacks Banta. Sudha rushes to them abd scolds Santa. Santa says I am arguing with my friend who are you to interrupt. Sudha says fire him this behaviour is not tolerated. Banta says no we are childhood friends. Sudha asks Banta what is he hiding, why did Santa say he has to sleep outside. Banta says he is upset because I couldn’t keep my promise and you don’t argue with me go do your work. Sudha feels bad and leaves.
Banta says look Santa because of you Sudha is upset, we will divide the money, go get change and we will leave for Nagar and lets not fight.
Sudha upset sees Sai teaching kids how future and overthinking about it can ruin you present. Sudha sees Sai moulding something abd asks what are you making, Ragini says he is making Himalay for us and also will show us river Ganga. Sai asks Sudha to join them.

Sudha hears house owner complaint about how Santa and Banta are not paying him rent.
Sudha asks Banta about it, Banta yells how can you believe someone else and not me. Sudha says show me house papers then.
