Kulkarni asks Balvant, what is he doing with Sai devotee and says never mind I got my answer. Balvant says leave then. Kulkarni says but let me tell you, Sai is very smart and this man can’t do anything. Sadashiv says I am just pretending to be Sai bhakt, Kulkarni says you act very nad can’t even get one piece of land. Balvant says and can you. Kulkarni says I am king here and let me tell you, you can’t without me. Balvant says I don’t need you, I have British government with me. Kulkarni says take your time and leaves. Balvant says to Sadashiv quickly finish my work or else I will send you to jail.

Balvant on his way sees Sai, he changes his route but sees Sai again. Balvant keeps changing path but sees Sai everywhere, he gets scared and says what is happening with me, I will

find out what is this and goes to Dwarka Mai, he sees no one there and says this means I really saw Sai but how was he changing path so quickly. Balvant about to leave sees Sai sleeping and says of Sai is here who did I see and turns around. Sai stops him says you came to see me and leaving without meeting me. Balvant shocked to see Sai awake and on other side of the room. Sai says you could have called me to meet and why do you look so scared. Balvant says no one can do anything to be I am Iron Man. Sai says but iron is killed by its own rust and if you have evilness it will kill you. Balvant says I know what you are up to and I will ruin you and this village and you will be able do nothing and leaves.

Santa Banta giving Kulkarni massage. Banta massages him hard. Kulkarni slaps him. Atmaram visits Kulkarni and asks him for favour and says I can’t pay installment because there is no rain and all money is gone to make arrangements. Kulkarni says what nonsense is this. His accountant says he isn’t lying there is water crisis and soon whole village will be here asking to allow them not pay installment.
Kulkarni asks Atmaram to come later and starts laughing after he leaves and says it’s our good time and we will have lot of money, and now I will show Balvant my power and meanwhile do as I say.

Santa Banta rushes to accountant and i front of everyone purposely shout, we just saw a letter from British government that there will be draught whole year and could be even more. Villagers ask what will we do now. Santa Banta says we don’t know and leave giggling.

Sudama tells Laxmikant that he couldn’t manage money. Laxmikant says but groom people aren’t taking dowry so why do you want more money, Sudama says I know but I should atleast arrange a good marriage. Sudama hears people discussing about draught.Santa Banta hide and see the news spreading all over Shirdi, they inform Kulkarni that his plan is working. Kulkarni asks them to call all those who have taken loan from him.

Kulkarni walks to Balvant and asks did he get any land. Balvant says talk if you have any idea or else don’t waste my time. Kulkarni says ask your man to come here with papers, tomorrow morning work will be done, just keep my commission in mind. Balvant says this means I don’t need Sadashiv, he is useless. Kulkarni says he is but now we will need him for our further plan.

A devotee ask Sai to help, he has no money to get water for his crops. Sai says to him, I will surely help you, keep all your coins in this bowl and all will turn to gold but make sure all coins.

Kulkarni meets all people who taken loan from him and says seeing the draught, I know you all won’t be able to pay interest, so pay the loan amount tomorrow without interest and I will give your land backs or else land will be transferred to me. Balvant says you are so emotionless how will they manage in a day, villagers say yes please give us some time. Kulkarni says if Balvant says let me show some mercy, I will give you 3 weeks time. Villagers say we are farmers and there is draught how will we pay, Kulkarni says who cannot the land will be transferred to me. Villagers ask Balvant to help, Balvant says its a contract between you all, I can’t help sorry.

Devotee puts all his coins in the bowl and waits for it to turn to gold. Sai says I asked you to put all coins one is left in your towel knot, he says this coin is my fathers blessing he is no more I can’t give this. Sai says if you want gold coins you have to put. He says Sai please don’t do this, who will help me other than you.

Sadashiv walks in Kulkarni wada and says I will help you all. Kulkarni says here is one more like Sai. Sadashiv says I have Sai’s blessings and nothing can happen to his devotees. Sadashiv says to villagers but land from me and help yourself and have a better future and also not beg infront of people like this. Villagers say but Sai asked us not to, Sadashiv says he didn’t know about weather condition and even Sai won’t want your lands to give to this man. Villagers discuss amongst themselves and agree to sell land to Sadashiv.

Pre cap: Sadashiv visits Sai and says I am here to say something and his throat starts hurting. Sai says when you will come here to share something from your heart I will be able to hear you.
