Kaka Mahajani tells Meera that he will call his cousin home who is studying to take care of aayi/mother while they go to Shirdi. In Dwarkamayi, wealthy man and his aide allege poor cart driver Tukaram of stealing their money. Tukaram says he didn’t steal money. Sai asks wealthy man and aide that cart driver will return their money by evening. Aide says they will hand cart driver to police if he doesn’t return money by evening. Once they leave, Sai asks cart driver if he knows sangamner. Cart driver says yes. Sai shows flower plant and says Tatya got this plant from Sangamner for him and he wants similar flowers from Sangamner for janmastami celebrations, so if Tukaram can bring it. Tukaram asks if he doesn’t get money by evening, he will be sent to jail. Sai asks him to keep
Kaka’s neighbor Kamla walks into his house and praises his pottery art and Meera’s stitching are famous and without it, janmastami celebration is incomplete. Kaka thinks she is right, he cannot ruin other’s festival celebration because of his selfishness. He asks Meera to inform neighbors to get their pots, he will decorate them tonight and they will leave for Shirdi tomorrow. Sai smiles hearing that sitting in Dwarkamayi.
Tukaram drives his cart towards sangamner thinking what did Sai mean by keep eyes and ears open. A man requests him to drop him to his brother’s house 2 km away as his cart broke. Tukaram agrees and drops him. Man leaves giving him money. Tukaram continues driving cart thinking how will he find money in 2 hours. A money bag falls down. Tukaram picks it and realizes it belongs to man’s who took lift. he thinks he shouldn’t return it, else he will be in jail; thinks of giving it to Sai, but then thinks Sai is a saint and doesn’t need money; then thinks he cannot do a sin by stealing this money and will return it and see if god will help him or not. He returns money to man who thanks him and says it is for his niece’s marriage. Wealthy man with his aide and father walks to him. Tukaram apologizes for not finding their money and pleads to forgive him. Father says his son did a mistake and wrongly alleged him, so he came to apologize. Wealthy man apologizes Tukaram. Another man praises Tukaram’s loyalty and offering him more money asks to seek his help whenever he needs anything. Tukaram sees flowers there realizes it is Sai’s magic. He returns to Sai with flowers and showing money says he is rich now, thanks for his help. Sai gives him holy ash to treat his mother’s illness and invites him for Janmastami celebrations at Dwarkamayi.
At night, Parvathi tries to feed Dayaram, but he runs saying he wants to prepare more lamps. She informs Mhalsapati and says if Kaka would have been here, he would have informed how to feed Dayaram. Mhalsapati takes Dayaram to Dwarkamayi where Sai greets him and asks to prepare lamps. Dayaram picks soil with his shaking hands. Sai holds his hands and cures them and asks Dayaram to continue preparing lamps without much thoughts. Dayaram prepares many lamps happily.
