Sudha remembers how Banta was treated by Kulkarni. Banta asks Sudha where is she lost, isn’t she happy. Sudha says I am happy to marry such kind person and so let me know what is to be done. Banta asks Sudha what is wrong, she isn’t asking him any questions. Sudha says I trust you, you are my husband. Banta finds it fishy and thinks about Sai and asks Sudha is she upset, has he done anything wrong. Sudha says no why would I be upset, I have full trust in you and if you need money for new business we can sell jewellery my mother gave us. Banta says they are yours, don’t worry about money.
Banta shares his worry with Santa, they see Sai. Sai says to them look at this plant, this plant is growing on this small stick and she has faith in that stick but this plant doesn’t know
Banta asks what do you mean. Sai says Sudha isn’t questioning you because she trusts you and may be she knows the truth and isnt telling you. Banta says she doesn’t know anything and you stay away from her, I am warning you.
Sai leaves.
Santa asks Banta not to think much, Sai is just scaring you and if Sudha knew the truth, she would have confronted. Banta says I have to talk to Sudha and ask her if Sai has told her something.
Santa says God now I have to go work alone now and if Sai keeps fooling around like this how will Banta work.
Sudha asks Banta why is he back. Banta asks Sudha did she meet Sai. Sudha says yes I met him, I have faith in him. Banta asks did he say something, Sudha asks what is it ask clearly. Banta says I don’t believe in Sai and he doesn’t like him, so he might have talked bad about me. Sudha says he didn’t and did you come back just because of Sai, why do you give it so much importance. Banta says I forgot something and tomorrow Nagar shop will be fully ready and we will go settle there. Banta says trust me I want to give you happiness, I promise. Sudha says you are starting new work and so I want you take Sai’s blessings.
Banta says to Sudha, you know I don’t trust Sai. Sudha says but I do and for my happiness can’t you come, and I have decided to have full trust in you and so for me please come with me. Banta says I will go only once for you.
Banta and Sudha reach Dwarka Mai. Banta says look Sudha, Sai is in meditation so lets go. Sai calls Banta. Sudha says didn’t I tell you he is godly, he always takes care of his devotees, lets go take blessings.
Sudha asks Banta to touch Sai’s feet. Banta does it so that Sudha doesn’t get upset. Sai blesses Banta. Banta says lets go. Sudha says Sai, he is starting new business and so I wanted him to take your blessings.
Sai asks Banta does he have all the information of the work he is doing, is there something that will land you in trouble. Banta thinks of the business. Sudha asks Sai is there any problem. Banta says I don’t want to talk because Sai keeps creating panic situation and he wants to ruin our relation Sudha. Sai says why get so disturbed, I just asked you a simple question. Banta leaves Dwarka Mai.
Sudha takes Sai’s blessings. Sai keeps his hand on her head and says miracles are possible and even you can do it, just have faith and patience.
Banta leaving his house next day sees Santa outside and closes the door and asks why is he dressed like this, what will I tell Sudha that my servant is rich. Santa says to him, don’t worry Sudha has given me these clothes, she came to me and said Banta treats you as a friend and not a servant, so why wear such clothes, you are a family member now, you don’t have to stay out, I have made a room for you…
Santa tells Banta that you are really lucky to have a wife like Sudha, I am so jealous. Banta says you are looking good. Santa gives Banta money and says lets go gather more tax or else Kulkarni won’t spare us.
Santa Banta leave, Banta thinking about Sudha’s words of calling him kind.
Sai watering plants, few villagers walk to him and say we are farmers and we need your help, we have submitted our tax to government but Kulkarni is asking for more and now when we have denied, Santa Banta scare us daily, they take away our stuff, Chandulkarji is taking care of this but it will take 2 days and till then Santa Banta will take all our cultivation, what will we do now.
Sai says when our grains catch germs and ants it becomes useless. Sai gives them Ash and asks them to spary it on the grains to save it from getting infected and says go quickly we will talk later about other things.
Sai looks at flower and insects around it and says will you guys do me a favor.

Banta goes to Kulkarni and resigns.
