Scene 1:
Location: Ishaani’s residence
Ranvir is tensed to find chirag arrive with his parents. Just then, another taxi pulls in and a girl comes out. They both duck down, in order to avoid being seen. ranvir gets harshad’s call and says that he would just come. Chirag is shocked to see garima gets down from the taxi. Disha sends ranvir away saying that she would handle here. She gets up but doesnt find anyone, neither garima nor chirag. She is oblivious that chirag is hiding behind the car with garima. disha paces tensed.

In the room, devarsh convinces prateik, that he and his crush are long distance cousins, as they have the same aunt. Prateik is shattered, while devarsh with his cunning plan, gets him to eat. As he gorges on food, to overcome his depression,

devarsh comes outside, and has a good laugh. he leaves. The cursh comes inside, and clears prateik’s confusion that they arent siblings. She leaves, while prateik is too angry at devarsh. Downstairs, all are amused at devarsh’s prank. prateik comes down anrgily and chases devarsh. chetali gets them all to dance. harshad and falguni receive chirag’s parents. chirag comes in too and takes their blessings, and chirag’s mother calls ishaani. she comes and takes their blessings. ranvir is tensed. Chirag is asked about his wound, and he makes an excuse of falling. falguni leaves with chirag’s mother to meet baa. Harshad and chirag’s father leave to discuss engagement preparations. ishaani thanks chirag for hiding the truth, while he says that he needs a kiss in return. she says that he would have to wait till marriage. she begins to go shyly, and he holds her saying that she is giving an order or challenge, as he knows very well how to get it out of her. she makes him be scared in the name of baa and leaves teasing him, that he would have to wait till after marriage. As ranvir walks past angrily, chirag stops ranvir. Chirag tells ranvir, that he must be feeling very bad, that he got defeated, anbd boasts that he himself always loves challenges and winning them. He says that when ishaani kisses him, he would feel more bad, and that he would definitely get ishaani to kiss him before midnight today, and ranvir may try all that he can to stop him, if he wishes so, or else he can cry if he wants. ranvir clenches his fists in anger. baa sees them both together. Chgirag sees baa and changes his tone, and makes ranvir guilty in front of baa. Ranvir leaves angrily. Chirag is happily greeted by baa.

In the driveway, disha anxiously waits for ranvir, and when he comes, disha disappoints him by saying that garima hasnt come, and isnt even responding to messages, or calls. ranvir is distraught and asks if sher would come. disha says that she hopes so. He says that he thinks that she knows who disha is, and why has she called her here. ranvir istensed, remembering chirag’s challenge. He goes inside, asking disha to come along. disha is tensed.

inside, ishaani reminds falguni why today is important. Falguni is embarassed that she forgot this day. They both go inside to see harshad’s gift. ishaani asks falguni to open it, while telling how important this day is for him. She is excited to see diamond earrings, and asks her to wear this and go to harshad, which would make him happy. Gauri comes and takes ishaani, saying that chirag is searching for her. She shyly leaves. Meanwhile, falguni wears the earriungs, and then apologises to harshad, who’s mingling with the guests showing him that she wore them. harshad smiles and then comes to her. She apologises profusely for forgetting this day. he says that he isnt complaining. She says that she feels bad, and he says that he shouldnt, but says that he wants to thank her that she came to his life, and would always love her, as his love shall suffice for both of them. ishaani says that the same dialogue to chirag, confessing her love. Chirag teasingly asks her to show her love, and if she truly loves him, then she should express it too, hinting her to give a kiss. ishaani smiles and shys away. He says that he wont force her, and till the time she doesnt kiss him, he wont believe that she kisses him, and gives him the time till midnight. He leane sin closer to steal a kiss, and she shys and turns away at the last minute. chirag leaves, teasing her, while she is shy.

Celebrations and festivities begin, as all start dancing. chirag emotionally eyes ishaani, dancing, while ranvir fumes. baa stops the music, adding that she wants to say something, and wants to make this day even more memorable, by giving gifts to her granddaughters. she first calls disha, and says that she would soon find a wonderful groom. disha says that baa took this fast of hers too seriously. she accepts the tray of gifts from baa. baa then goes onto call ishaani, eyeing falguni, who is tensed. Ishaani complies. Baa gives ishaani shagun, while all are tensed. Baa asks her to take it, as this comes with her love. all are baffled to see baa’s concern and love for ishaani. Baa says that elderly can be wrong too, but now knows that she has chiosen a nice groom. all smile but falguni is confused. As baa praises their match, ishaani with chirag, ranvir is puzzled at baa’s overexuberance. She starts gloating about the saree that she gvot her, telling its price. chetali fumes at it. Ishaani is very happy and emotional at baa’s gesture. Baa blesses her, thinking that she hopes that this is the only thing that she has, when she marries a pauper chirag, and falls into lurch. ranvir wonders why is baa so happy with this marriage and whats going on in baa’s mind. the screen freezes on his face.

Precap: Disha assures ranvir that she had told him, and that garima is finally coming to meet her. ranvir is still tensed and unconvinced. She hugs him saying that they finally did it. ranvir is uncomfortable at the proximity.
