Pratima tells Kalyani that Vikranth is married. Kalyani says she must be mistaken, Vikranth is a bachelor. Pratima says she knows Vikranth well since he was not a director and says she is very innocent and does not know glamour world well. Tears start rolling down Kalyani’s cheeks. Pratima asks her to meet her in office tomorrow and excuses. Vikranth sees her crying and asks what happened. Kalyani asks why he lied about his marriage. He says let us go to a room, he will explain. She asks him to leave. He feels embarrassed and leaves. Meenakshi smirks seeing this.
Kalyani cries standing aside. Devika asks what happened to her. Kalyani hugs her and cries vigorously and says she got betrayed in life. Devika says she lost her one daughter and cannot lose another. Kalyani goes to terrace and thinks why life is so unfair to her. She reminisces her father Rajaram and says if he was alive, she would have hugged him and cried loudly, she needs his support now. She continues venting out her emotions.
Sohrab in the morning reads newspaper and sees news about him beating reporter in Ketki’s party. Ketki brings him tea. He starts crying and says he was so inebriated and angry that he did not know what he did, he wants her to forgive him. He continues crying leaning in her lap.
Precap: Vikranth tells Kalyani that his wife did not love him and forcefully took divorce. Kalyani leaves in car. Pratima advises Kalyani not to let anyone control her life. Kalyani and Ketki come face to face and act as strangers.
