Protima attends Ketki’s goad bharai function and asks Ketki where if Kalyani, if everything is fine between them. Ketki says yes, Tai has gone out for some work and will be back. Her goad bharai starts and she asks Devika to start rituals by Protima. Kalyani comes and feels bad. Ketki calls her and says she did not see her, so asked Protima to perform rituals. Kalyani says she should forget everything and just try to be happy for her baby’s health.
Meenakshi asks Megha if she did her work. Megha says yes. Aaji hears their plan and says she knows what they are up to. They get afraid. She asks them to bring water.
Kalyani and Devika dance with Ketki and celebrate goad bharai function. Sohrab calls and Megha picks call. He asks he to give phone to Ketki. She says Ketki is not at home. He says he knows even his mother is there and he can hear sounds. She says nobody is here and disconnects call.
Family continues celebrating function. Devika brings 2 sweet plates an asks Ketki to select one. Keetki selects one and Devika sees pedha in it, says she will get a baby boy. Ketki asks how. She says as per myth, if she picks barfi, it is girl and peda it is boy. She asks Megha to distribute barfi to everyone. Aaji scolds her to serve and not eat. Devika feeds peda to Ketki and ketki feeds it to Devika and Kalyani.
Protima chats with Kalyani and says she should also get married. Kalyani says she has not thoguth about it. Protima asks her about producer who wanted to sing item songs. Kalyani says yes, but he did not know she does not sing item numbes. Protima says Ketki is there to sing item numbers. Their chat continues and Protima says new companies don’t stay long. Kalyani says she is open to sing for new companies and her voice is her identity. Protima fumes. Vikranth enters and Kalyani gets angr seeing him.
Precap: Kalyani asks Vikranth why did he come here. Vikranth says Ketki called her. Kalyani looks at Ketki and Ketki smiles. Protima thinks Kalyani will know how it is to be without her support in music industry.
