Inebriated Sohrab during Kanishk’s birthday party at his house shouts at Ketki and orders her to sing. Reporter guest says everyone knows Ketki sings well and she does not have to prove it. Sohrab starts misbehaving with guest and asks him to get out. Reporter says because of his arrogant behavior, everyone are at Kalyani’s party and know that he is a dalal/agent and lives on his wife’s money. He kicks reporter out. Reporter says he will report this in newspaper tomorrow and leaves. Sohrab then vents his anger on Ketki.

Kalyani and Vikranth’s romance starts in her room. Jiya dhadak dhadak jaaye song…plays in the background. Devika gives interview to reporters. Reporter asks how is she feeling after seeing her daughter’s success.

Devika says her daughter worked hard for this and is a big star now. Reporter says there is a news that Ketki is going through marital torture by Sohrab. Devika says she does not know. Reporter then takes Aayi’s interview and asks who is in her family. Aayi says her son, granddaughters, Devika, Radha who is her childhood friend and visits reguarly, Rose, and Kanishk. Ananth’s family stands aside and gets jealous that their name is not taken. Devika asks Ananth’s son Shiva to go and call Kalyani. Kalyani is busy romancing Vikanth. He is about to kiss her when Shiva comes calling her. She asks him to let her go. He says no. She insists. Shiva opens door and sees Kalyani in front of dressing table and she walks out with him. Vikrant hides behind door.

Kalyani goes down and calls Ananth’s family as her family members. Aayi says they are not her family. Kalyani asks her to forget it and concentrate on Kanha/Kanishk’s birthday. Shiv fumes that Aayi is mad and they have to stand like servant in front of them. Ananth’s wife comes and says she forced him and his wife to stay here to take revenge as aayi and insulted Ananth and he died in sorrow, aayi also burnt their house. Bahu says Ketki is innocent. Ananth’s wife says Ketki is innocent, but Kalyani is not, so thjey wil stay in this house and take revenge.

Precap: Sohrab beats and abuses Ketki. An actress tells Kalyani that she knows Vikranth since he was not a star director and since his marriage. Kalyani is shocked.
