The Episode starts with Akhilesh asking Ira to do the aid. Ira agrees. Pushpa stops Ira. Ira says I know you are angry on me, but Akhilesh will faint if his bleeding doesn’t stop. She treats Akhilesh. She stops Dr. Patel and says Akhilesh is scared of injection. Akhilesh thinks its Ira’s love. He asks Ira to take her certificates by Pushpa’s hands. He asks Pushpa to give the certificates to Ira for his sake. He says its my love, nothing else. He insists. Pushpa gives the certificates to Ira.

Ira burns her certificates. Ira says Pushpa doesn’t want to see my face, I can’t stay happy taking certificates this way, I will succeed by my hard work. Devina calls her egoistic. Ira says its about self esteem, not ego. Pushpa asks what about my self esteem. Ira says I know your self esteem

got hurt because of me, forgive me if possible. Pushpa melts. Devina says we are not interested. She takes Pushpa. Ira cries and drinks some juice. He says its not good, leave it. She says I would have drunk it even if it had poison, don’t follow me. He cries and thinks I will convince you.

Pushpa misses Ira and cries. She asks Lord can’t he see her happy, she snatched Birju and now Ira. She says I can’t forgive Ira’s cheat. She thinks Pushpa can’t miss Ira, else she will get her home. She calls Siddhi. Bhavik misses Bhoomi. He gets her call and apologizes. She says come out and meet me. He rushes. He goes to her and apologizes. He asks her to choose either mangalsutra or divorce papers. She returns the mangalsutra and takes the papers. He worries. She tears divorce papers and says you will make me wear mangalsutra, I want us to grow old together, I love you. He says I love you more. They hug. He makes her wear mangalsutra. He says we can’t tell this to anyone. He says Akhilesh and Ira love each other, they should unite, maybe Ira didn’t realize this yet, I have seen her love and care, we have to do something to unite them. He joins hands.

Ira comes to Vallabh and hears his conversation. He scolds someone on call. She takes call and says I m ready to do admin work. He asks didn’t you get certificate. She coughs. She says no, I will take this job and fulfill dreams. She asks him to serve food. He goes. She cries. Some kids come to Ira and give her roses, saying her a great person. She asks what’s all this. The kids say he told us and run away. She sees Akhilesh. He says you are a good doctor, I m ashamed, forgive me. She says learn sorry’s spelling first, don’t try to meet me again. He asks her to forgive him. She says me and my dad had to bear much insult, will it get fine, my hardwork got ruined, our dreams broke, this sorry doesn’t matter.
