The Episode starts with Akhilesh seeing Devina. He says it means Devina will give award to Ira, she has come as chief guest, if she sees Ira as doctor, it will be a disaster, I have to stop Ira. He goes. Ira comes there and says doctor will be here. She knocks and calls out. She says you have always been an inspiration for me, may I come in and touch your feet to take blessings. Devina thinks who is this intern, her voice looks familiar. She goes to check. The door gets stuck at first. She opens the door and doesn’t see anyone. Devina says I will know about her at function. Akhilesh looks for Ira. Bhavik asks what happened, why are you in tension. Akhilesh says Devina has come as chief guest here. Akhilesh sees Ira on the stage.

He worries. Devina is called on stage. Devina comes there.

Akhilesh looks on. Devina hears Ira Desai’s name and thinks even Ira’s surname is same. Ira goes towards the stage. Lights go off. Devina asks them to get electricity back. She says I have to see doctor Ira. Bhavik comes there in Ira’s getup. He fools Devina. Ira sees Bhavik and says what is he doing here, in a saree. Akhilesh asks Ira to see Devina on stage. He takes Ira. Bhoomi congratulates Bhavik. He hugs her. Devina gives award to him. Devina says I felt Ira is the doctor. Bhoomi says Ira is illiterate. Ira says thank God you have seen Devina, else anything could have happened there. Bhoomi looks for washroom. Ira and Akhilesh run to hide. Akhilesh acts to kiss Ira.

Bhoomi calls them disgusting. Devina comes and asks Bhoomi to come. Bhoomi shows the love birds. Devina says its disgusting, stop it you guys. Bhavik stops Devina. Devina asks what are they doing there, this is a hospital, not a honeymoon suite. Bhavik says they have a sad story, the couple is becoming parents after 15 years of marriage, come I will drop you. They go. Akhilesh sees Ira. Meri adhuri kahani….plays…. They get close. He gets away and apologizes to Ira. He goes. He thinks of Ira and apologizes to Lord. Ira comes to him. She says don’t feel guilty, I know you just wanted to save me. He says yes. She says idea to make Bhavik a girl was epic. Chutki comes there and sees them. He calls Ira as Chutki. Ira turns and sees Chutki. He says sorry I mean Ira. Doctor says Ira you got an award, you have to go on rounds, come. Ira says I will meet you at home. She goes.

Chutki stops Akhilesh and apologizes to him. He says Ira is not my fake wife. She asks how long will you hide truth, I know Ira is that doctor, Ira is the girl because of whom our relation broke, its good you have forgiven her. He says Lord would have made someone good for her. She says you are the one who can always keep me happy, I couldn’t say yes to anyone as I found you in everyone. He says don’t get such thoughts. She asks why not, I want to rectify my mistake, after your reversal, Ira will also get married to someone, what will you do then, will you live alone all life. He says but….
