Akhilesh runs towards the car. The fumes are too strong. He shouts Ira and Mishri’s name helplessly. He informs Bhavik about the accident. Come asap with rescue team. Bhavik agrees.

Pushpa tells Pundit ji that Akhilesh isn’t picking phone. I hope he is fine. I am very much worried. Pundit ji decides to start the puja. Bring his photo. Vansh suggests Devina to call Bhavik. He is with Mamu. Devina gives in. Pushpa hits the plate as she returns and Akhilesh’s family photo falls in the havan kund. She panics. This is a very bad omen! Devina shouts in shock. Vansh and Pushpa ask her what happened. Devina shares that Kunika tampered with Ira and Mishri’s car’s brakes. The car fell down the hill. Pushpa is in disbelief. She holds her chest in shock. Devina asks Adi to call ambulance.

Rescue

team douses the fire. Bhavik is holding Akhilesh at bay. A wounded Ira is pulled out of the car. Akhilesh rushes to her side. Doc tells him that her pulse is beating. We will check. They take her in the ambulance. Akhilesh shouts for Mishri. A fire fighter says she was 6 years old. It is not possible for a kid to survive such a high fall. Akhilesh shouts at him to stop. Inspector shares that they couldn’t find her around. Akhilesh runs to find Mishri. He screams her name in the jungle. Police is also looking for her. Akhilesh notices her lying unconscious and picks her in his arms. She is badly wounded as well. Bhavik and police rush to their side. Ward boys take her in a stretcher.

Devina and Adi admit Pushpa in ICU. Adi says I never thought Kunika would stoop so low! She is a psycho! Devina agrees. This is an advantage for us only. She did what we have been waiting to do all these years! Adi nods. I am dying to see Akhilesh in pain. Devina pretends to reprimand him but then smiles too. Akhilesh and Bhavik bring Ira and Mishri just then. They are also rushes to OT. Everyone waits outside. Devina informs Akhilesh about Pushpa’s condition. Akhilesh cries. What’s happening to me! I couldn’t accept what has happened to Mishri and Ira and now Amma? I wonder why God is punishing me.

Doctors treat Ira, Mishri and Pushpa simultaneously. Akhilesh looks at them from the small windows etched on the doors of their wards. One is my breath, other is heartbeat and the third one is the blood in my veins! How will I live without them? Please don’t let anything happen to them, Lord. Bhavik is also emotional seeing their condition.

Doc informs Akhilesh that Pushpa is out of danger. Second heart attack is not to be taken lightly. If this happens again then she will have no chance! Akhilesh nods. I will take care of her. He asks about Ira. Doc says she is disturbed. Patient gets post traumatic stress after such incidents. Make sure she is under no stress or her condition can worsen. Akhilesh assures him he will look after everyone. How’s Mishri? Doc shares that Mishri is in critical condition. She is in coma because of her head injury. Her chances of survival are almost zero. You guys need to be strong. Akhilesh is heartbroken. He looks at Mishri emotionally. Tears stream down his cheeks. Doc gives them prescription for Pushpa and Ira. Akhilesh takes it and walks away absentmindedly.

Akhilesh is pretty much lost. He thinks of how he scared Ira today morning by hiding in the wardrobe. He pulls her inside too. She asks him if he only has found this place for romance. He suggests her to shift on the bed. He makes her lie down on the bed. They sit up awkwardly as they find Mishri hiding in the blanket. She makes Ira pinch her. It isn’t a dream. My Mapu and Bapu are together! We will enjoy together! Akhilesh and Ira smile. Flashback ends.

Akhilesh cries recalling doctor’s words. It is entirely my mistake! I wont forgive myself ever! A passerby asks him why he is hurting himself. Akhilesh says I deserve it. I lost everything. I had a small family. They are struggling for life right now. I don’t even know if my daughter will live or not. I am responsible for her condition. The guy advises her to trust on God. There must be some hidden meaning behind it. Akhilesh says God is watching the same people die who shower flowers on him. What can be the meaning behind it? He kneels down before Bajrang Bali’s idol. I wont pray to you after today! You only made me misunderstand Ira. I stayed away from my daughter for 5 years because of that only. You changed everything when it was finally going to fall in place. Sadly, I cannot even share my pain with my Amma or Ira! I wont be the only one who will lose. You will also lose something today! You will lose this devotee who has been praying to you since childhood. You mean nothing to me after today! I wont pray to you till the time you do some magic and pull me out of this problem! You are Sankatmochan. I challenge you today. I wont fold hands before you in reverence till the time you get me out of this problem! He walks away.

Precap: Bhavik decides to use his invention to save Ira and Pushpa. On the other hand, Ira has gained conscious. Devina and Adi decide to give her stress so she loses her mental balance. Ira asks about Mishri. Devina says actually Mishri!
