The Episode starts with Mishri and Vansh playing and making Ira smile. Mishri says we will do a play on jungle in the hospital’s event, we will become tiger. Vansh goes. Ira says I had worn the saree wrongly. Mishri says I will help you. Akhilesh says we both will help Ira. He shuts the door. Ira says I m scared that I can harm the minister in surgery. Mishri says you can’t do any mistake. Akhilesh says right. They help Ira. Mishri tells her plan. Ira falls down with Akhilesh and Mishri when they tie the saree wrong. Ira asks what’s all this. Mishri says this happened because of you. Akhilesh says you have harmed us today, now forget the stress and go to hospital. Ira hugs them and says I feel light now, the surgery is easy. Mishri jokes and runs. They make Ira ready. They hug.

plays around Pushpa. Pushpa asks Akhilesh and Ira to come downstairs, they have to go to hospital. Ira asks are you coming. Pushpa says yes, we are coming to open the new wing in Mirchi’s memory. Pushpa asks Ira to cut the ribbon. Ira says fine. Ira cuts the ribbon. Everyone claps. Ira and everyone enter the ward. Raka sees them and says Ira went to children’s ward, we won’t get a better chance. Akhilesh says it was Ira’s idea to open new ward for children, come soon. He collides with goon and says sorry, I will call a doctor for you. He sees a gun with him. The goon says I m fine, you go. Akhilesh stops him and asks what’s here. The goon runs. Akhilesh runs after him.

Akhilesh asks Ankur to send on duty security manager. The goon hits on his head. He calls Raka and Raghu. He puts unconscious Akhilesh in storeroom. He says its time to meet Ira. He goes. Pushpa gives sweets to the kids. Pushpa jokes on her name and laughs. She asks Devina to distribute chocolates. Joker asks is there no chocolate for me, I want some shagun. Ira gives him a chocolate. Goons come there and shoot in air.
