The Episode starts with Pushpa and Devina trying to get a phone. Raka comes to ask about his man. Pushpa hides Mishti and Vansh. She says your man has gone to the bathroom. He goes to check. Mishri gets an idea and signs the kids. They all spray on his face and beat him up. Devina says get something to tie him. Devina says we will put him under the bed too. The girl thanks Mishri for saving them. Devina calls the police. Pushpa prays for Ira.
Akhilesh takes a joker’s disguise and goes to OT. He lies to goons that he took this disguise to trick the people outside. He acts to threaten Ira and points gun at her. He says I will teach her a lesson in front of her family. Ira says leave me. He takes her out and says its me Akhilesh, just do as I say, come with me. He brings Ira to everyone.
He finds his aides and scolds them. He asks where are the kids and Ira’s family. Akhilesh and Ira point gun at them and says the people are safe, don’t move now. The goon says you may kill us, we won’t die again. They activate the bomb fixed in the hospital. Akhilesh and Ira get shocked. Akhilesh says I don’t know your enmity with the hospital, why did you risk innocent lives. Ira says we have to vacate the hospital. They run to vacate the hospital and ask people to leave fast. Akhilesh says we have to find the bomb at any cost, come fast. He asks patients to get up and go fast, their lives are in danger. Akhilesh hears a sound and says its coming from here. He looks around and gets a soft toy. They find the bomb inside the toy. The goons leave and say they can’t do anything now.
Ira says we shall leave, time is less. Police comes there. Inspector says its time bomb, get out of here. Akhilesh says I can’t risk innocent lives. Inspector says bomb defusal team can’t come here in time. Akhilesh takes the toy and runs. Ira asks what are you doing. He runs out of the hospital. Pushpa gets shocked when he says the toy has the bomb. Mishri catches him. He says stay away from me. Pushpa says throw it away, I m feeling scared. He runs away. Pushpa stops Ira and says save Akhilesh. Ira says I m going to stop him, don’t come ahead, take care of Mishri. Akhilesh says stay away from me Ira. Ira says stop, bomb squad will come, I can’t live without you. He says stay back Ira. He runs on the road. Ira says stop, at least throw the bomb. Akhilesh asks the people to move off his way, he is carrying a bomb.
Akhilesh goes to some place and says Ira don’t come close. She says come back please, I can’t live without you. He says Mishri needs you. She says come here, stop. He sees Ira, family and cops. He asks Ira to take care of Pushpa and Mishri. Pushpa says come back. Inspector asks him to stop. Akhilesh takes the bomb and jumps down. The bomb blasts. They all get shocked and shout. They cry. Ira faints down in shock. Mishri sees Akhilesh coming back and smiles. Everyone looks on and get happy. Akhilesh sees Ira fallen unconscious. He runs to Ira and says I m fine. Mishri asks Ira to open eyes, dad has come back. Akhilesh asks Ira to get conscious, everyone is fine. Pushpa says she fainted in tension, we thought…. Akhilesh says I got saved, maybe Ira is in shock, we will take her home. Mishri says yes, she will get fine after going home.

Ira gets up and gets shocked seeing the goon. He threatens her. Akhilesh comes to the room. The goon asks her to do as he tells her.
