The Episode starts with Vallabh cooking food. He shares the problem with Bhavik. He gets angry on Akhilesh. Bhavik gets Akhilesh’s call and says what, we are just coming. He says Ira fainted in the hospital. Akhilesh worries and asks Dr. Patel to see her. Dr. Patel says I will check, why are you getting hyper, you are just her patient. He treats Ira. Vallabh asks what happened to her. Dr. Patel says she has high fever and low bp, she took stress, she was my best intern, see her now, she has rejected the scholarship. They gets shocked. He says explain her, she is playing with her career. He goes. Bhavik says I didn’t know she will do this, why did she do this. Vallabh says I know her well, Akhilesh is the reason for this.

Devina invites media for the big announcement about Aditya’s

marriage. Pushpa comes to her. She gives her gold and silver coins. She says I don’t want to do this for you, keep this for Aditya. Devina shows the diamond ring she bought for Pushpa. Pushpa checks if its real. She asks for its bill. She says this diamond is fake, lets go to jeweler, see this, come with me. Devina says stop it, I know its fake diamond, I want media and Singhanias to believe its real, just be quiet. Pushpa asks her to give something real. Devina says Aditya’s marriage should be in news. He ends call and says I got lying to my mum. Bhavik feels sleepy. He sits by Ira’s side. Akhilesh asks him to go home and rest.

He says Ira is in this state because of me, you have to sit at shop also, go home. Bhavik thanks him and goes. Akhilesh apologizes to Ira. He takes care of her to relieve her fever. He sits awake all night. Its morning, Devina thanks media for coming. She announces Aditya and Sanaya’s theme wedding. Singhania and Sanaya come. He says someone else will give marriage info. Pushpa comes to talk on his behalf. Vallabh thanks nurse. Nurse says you should thank Akhilesh who took care of Ira all night. Akhilesh comes. Nurse praises him. Akhilesh gets glad that her fever is getting down. Vallabh begs him to free Ira from this punishment.
