The doctor begins treating Raghav while his family waits anxiously outside the operating room. Meanwhile, the police arrest Mishri and take her to the station. Mishri, deeply emotional, thinks about Raghav’s critical state and can’t bear the thought of leaving him like this. She breaks down, worried for his safety. Parvati believes that Mishri is Raghav’s protector and that her presence is necessary for his recovery. Chithra, however, disagrees, calling Mishri unlucky and blaming her for Raghav’s condition. She tells Parvati to stop thinking of Mishri as Raghav’s protector. Vaani, filled with regret, admits that it was her mistake to let Mishri into her life and that she gave Mishri too much space. Kalpana agrees, saying that they never put Mishri in her proper place. Just then, the doctor
Mishri, now in police custody, recalls her memories with Raghav and worries about his condition. She fears that Ranjith might harm him again in the hospital and feels helpless because no one in Raghav’s family believes her. Meanwhile, Samarth arrives at the hospital and pretends to be concerned about Vaani after hearing about the accident. Vaani, emotional, confides in him about her regrets regarding Raghav. Samarth secretly mocks Raghav and hugs Vaani, telling her he has the right to be there for her. Vaani questions his statement, but he brushes it off by claiming it’s as a friend. She then asks him to leave before Raghav’s family sees him, which could cause more issues.
Shortly after, the doctor informs Raghav’s family that Raghav has gone into a coma due to blood clotting. Parvati seeks permission to see Raghav. Desperate, she calls in a priest to check on him. The priest touches Raghav’s head and tells the family that Raghav’s death is near. Parvati begs the priest to save her son, and the priest says there is only one way to do so. As Mishri jumps out of the police jeep, her vermilion and nuptial chain are shown to be connected to Raghav’s fate.
At the same time, Vaani declares that she is ready to marry Raghav. Chithra questions the idea of a wedding in the hospital and says they need to check for an auspicious time, but Vaani demands the priest start the wedding ceremony immediately. Vaani, taking advantage of Raghav’s unconscious state, ties the nuptial chain around her neck and uses his hand to fill vermilion in her hairline. Just as Mishri arrives at the hospital, she is shocked to hear that the wedding is already over. Devastated, she walks away in tears.
Raghav’s condition worsens once again, and Vaani calls for the doctor. However, when Mishri returns, Raghav’s condition improves. Sulekha tells Vaani that this proves her love for Raghav is true. The police then inform Vaani that Mishri escaped, and Vaani orders them to search for her. Meanwhile, Mishri, filled with sorrow, shares her grief with the unconscious Raghav.
