Sulekha tells Vaani that she has proven her love for Raghav by saving his life and acknowledges her as the daughter-in-law. The inspector arrives and informs them that Mishri has escaped after jumping from a moving jeep. Vaani scolds the officers for their carelessness and orders them to find her. Parvathi begins to suspect that it was actually Mishri, not Vaani, who saved Raghav.
Meanwhile, Mishri tells Raghav that he no longer needs her since he has his family. She plans to leave, confessing her love for him and how she realized the meaning of true love through him. She becomes emotional and pulls her hand away from Raghav, just as Vaani tries to enter the room but is stopped by security due to visiting hours being over. Mishri, worried about Raghav’s safety, decides to protect him from Ranjith, even if it means going against the rules.
Samarth sneaks into the ward and, recalling how he had previously injured Raghav, removes his oxygen mask, threatening his life again. Disguised as a nurse, Mishri catches Samarth and questions him. He lies, saying he saw Raghav struggling to breathe. Mishri fixes the mask, saving Raghav. Vaani arrives and questions Samarth’s presence, and he claims he was concerned about her. After he leaves, Vaani feels suspicious of the nurse’s familiar voice and almost unmasks Mishri, but is distracted when Raghav calls out Mishri’s name.
Mishri, noticing mud on Samarth’s shoes, escapes unnoticed. Vaani expresses her relief at Raghav regaining consciousness, and he asks about her well-being. Vaani reassures him and advises him to rest. Samarth secretly follows Mishri, but she hides near Sulekha, and he leaves. Vaani hugs Samarth but asks him to leave before being seen. Sulekha informs Vaani that Raghav is ready for discharge, and as his wife, she must take him home and care for him. Vaani agrees, and Mishri feels relieved that Raghav is safe.
Later, as Vaani wheels Raghav out of the hospital, she loses control of the wheelchair, and a truck approaches dangerously. Mishri saves Raghav again. Raghav thanks her, and Vaani offers her money as a reward, but Mishri refuses, saying it was her duty to save him. She leaves, praying for Raghav’s well-being.
