Mishri urges her Grandma to wake up soon so they can visit Kanha’s temple together, reminding her of their plans to visit Dwaraka. She fondly remembers her moments with Raghav and feels happy with him, eagerly awaiting his return. Meanwhile, Raghav resolves to tell Mishri the truth about causing her Grandma’s accident once he’s back in Mathura. On
the other hand, Vaani fears Grandma will regain consciousness and instructs the ward boy to get Mishri out of the room. The ward boy convinces Mishri to step outside to sign a form, and while she’s gone, Vaani sneaks into the ICU and removes Grandma’s oxygen mask, believing she will soon pass away. As Mishri signs the form, she grows suspicious of the ward boy and refuses to sign until a nurse or doctor explains it to her.
Inside the ICU, Vaani assumes Grandma has passed away and smugly believes no one will discover she pushed her in front of the bus or that she removed her oxygen mask. She carefully replaces the mask, but as she leaves, Grandma miraculously starts breathing again. Shocked, Vaani watches as Grandma’s heart rate stabilizes. Mishri tries to open the ICU door, finding it locked from the inside, and shouts for help. Realizing she must act quickly, Vaani hides from Mishri’s sight to avoid raising more suspicion.
The nurse enters, questioning who removed Grandma’s mask. Mishri asks about Grandma’s health, and the nurse happily informs her that Grandma is now breathing on her own. Overjoyed, Mishri learns Grandma is improving, while Vaani, frustrated, sneaks away. Chithra arrives to check on Grandma, claiming she doesn’t like Mishri but wanted to visit out of concern for her father. Mishri reassures her that Grandma is recovering well. Spotting Vaani’s phone left behind, Chithra takes it and later hands it back to Vaani after secretly installing a spy app. Vaani warns her to mind her own business.
Mishri questions nearby vendors about the accident and learns from an older man that he saw Grandma arguing with a woman that day, recalling her unusual shoe. Later, Mishri bumps into Sulekha and happily shares that Grandma is improving, while Parvathi and others look forward to celebrating Diwali with Raghav. Sulekha, however, still sees Mishri as a bad omen for their Diwali. Mishri retorts that Vaani is the true source of unhappiness. Furious, Vaani tries to confront Mishri, who boldly claims to have discovered Vaani’s role in Grandma’s accident. Hearing this, Raghav is left stunned.
