Raghav asks the doctor about Parvathi’s health condition. The doctor informs him that she is alright now. He asks her what exactly happened, as nothing like this has occurred before. The doctor reveals that poison was found in the prasad and advises him to confirm it since it’s a police matter. Raghav thinks that Mishri couldn’t have done this. Mishri, concerned, also asks the doctor about Parvathi’s health. The doctor reassures her that Parvathi is out of danger.
Sulekha then asks Raghav what happened to his mother. He tells her that someone poisoned her. Chithra, puzzled, wonders who could have done this. Raghav questions Chithra about who prepared the prasad. She informs him that Parvathi made it. He then asks who was with Parvathi at the time. Mishri starts to worry, thinking
Raghav, determined, declares that he won’t spare anyone who harmed his mother, whether it’s a family member or an outsider. He remembers that Mishri gave the prasad to Parvathi and becomes enraged. He drags Mishri aside, despite her protests that she didn’t do it and begs him to listen. Raghav, hurt and angry, accuses her of poisoning his mother. He admits that he never thought Mishri could stoop so low. Although he believes she deserves punishment, he spares her because of a promise he made to her Dadi—to take responsibility for her.
Raghav angrily tells Mishri that she did all of this to claim her rights, but he won’t give them to her. In his anger, he humiliates her, telling her to beg like the others around her. He warns her not to show her face to his family or Vaani again, or he will send her to jail. Mishri is left heartbroken by his words.
Ranjith observes the scene from a distance. Meanwhile, Raghav meets Vaani and, overwhelmed with emotion, hugs her. She invites him into her house, concerned, and asks what happened. At the same time, Ranjith confronts Mishri, blocking her way. Mishri is shocked to see him. He taunts her, reminding her of his past misdeeds. Though she didn’t see his face before, she vows to recognize him today. Ranjith mocks her, brandishing a gun, and claims she’s powerless as a woman.
Raghav, reflecting on how Mishri had saved his life many times, regrets leaving her alone and not telling Vaani what happened. Mishri, meanwhile, bravely confronts Ranjith, daring him to shoot her. She remembers her Dadi’s words that only cowards threaten others. Snatching the gun from Ranjith, she asserts that women are not weak.
Ranjith then shows her a marriage certificate, attempting to blackmail her. Mishri defiantly tears it up, but Ranjith threatens to reveal the certificate to her family and Vaani unless she withdraws the case against him.
Precap: Raghav blames Mishri of poisoning his mother and asks her to stay away from him, Vaani and his family and to never show them her face.
