Mishri tells Raghav that he should focus on his relationship with Vaani and clear up the misunderstandings between them. She encourages him to talk to her, but Raghav, filled with anger, smashes his phone. He accuses Mishri of pretending to care and warns her not to even mention Vaani’s name. Raghav believes that all Mishri wants are her rights as his wife, so he forcefully puts jewellery on her, despite her protests. He claims that as her husband, he has the right to do this, and accuses her of being greedy. Each piece of jewellery, he says, will remind him of the pain she caused. He hands her a dried rose, saying it symbolizes the thorns left in their relationship, and even though his hand bleeds when handling it, he refuses Mishri’s help. He tells her this is what she wanted—his duty as a
Mishri, frustrated, throws water on Raghav’s face and asks him what he is doing. She tells him to come to his senses, reminding him that he forced her to stay in the house. If he thinks this marriage is a punishment, then he’ll have to endure the pain alongside her. No matter what he tries, she asserts that he can’t break her.
Meanwhile, Sulekha decides not to leave the house, fearing that people will make fun of their family. Ridhi shares her concerns about facing her friends, and Ranjith begins packing his things, realizing Mishri is determined to expose him. Sulekha declares that if she can’t kick Mishri out, she’ll change her own name, which gives Ranjith confidence that he doesn’t need to leave after all. He then plots to finish what he couldn’t before, becoming alarmed when he overhears Mishri mentioning evidence against the culprit. Mishri confronts him, asking if he’s come to check on her, noting at least he’s pretending to care. Ranjith advises her to leave the house and fight for her rights, claiming she won’t be treated well there. When she asks for his phone since Raghav broke hers, he hesitates.
Meanwhile, Kalpana tries to manipulate Vaani into filing a complaint against Raghav. The inspector says they can’t file a case just because Raghav didn’t marry her, but if he had harmed her, they could. Kalpana points out a wound on Vaani’s hand, falsely claiming Raghav caused it. Vaani isn’t comfortable with this lie, but Kalpana continues to manipulate her. Mishri calls Vaani, begging her for one more chance to clear up the misunderstandings, but Vaani hangs up on her.
Later, Chithra accuses Mishri of stealing their jewellery, but Mishri defends herself, saying Raghav gave it to her. The family doesn’t believe her. Sulekha insists that Mishri can never be her daughter-in-law because she’s just a servant. Sulekha cruelly washes Mishri’s feet and demands that she drink the water. Mishri firmly responds that she doesn’t want to be her daughter-in-law anyway.
Precap: Vaani gets Raghav arrested. Mishri stops Vaani and says that I was quiet until now but I won’t let anyone mess with my husband.
