Scene 1
Kishore stands in the court as a witness. He says Sid gave me some powder to mix in the sweets, I didn’t know it was poison. Sid says he is lying. Kishore says I am a worker so why would I lie? The lawyer thanks him and says I want to call Hari Mohan next. Dadu stands in the witness box. Sid is hurt seeing him there. Dadu promises to tell truth only. The lawyer says I just want to ask if Girish, Abhishek, and Shubham were handling the business till last week? Dadu says yes. The lawyer asks if Sid wanted to sell his business to Agarwal and if his family was against it? Dadu says yes. The lawyer asks him to sit down. He tells the judge that Sid wanted to get away and he tried to sell it first but when he couldn’t then he tried to destroy the business by mixing poison in the sweets.
The inspector is taking Sid away. Dadu comes to him and says God knows you are innocent so don’t worry. Sid says I am sorry that you had to come here because of me. Dadu says I trust you. I know you didn’t do anything. The inspector takes Sid away. Shubham thinks this is wrong, I should do something. Mithai tells Dadu that she won’t get Sid be jailed. She will do something. Girish comes there and says I talked to a lawyer but we can’t get him bailed. Dadu asks who is Kishore? Shubham says I will check our workers’ details. Apeksha says I will work with my mom on Sid’s case.
Scene 2
Dadu comes home and is tense. Mithai comes to him and says we have to find a way to save Sid. Dadu says what will we do? Mithai says I can do anything for you. Dadu says what will you do? Mithai says I have an idea. What if I take the blame on myself? Dadu says what? Mithai says I provoked him to on the business and this happened. Dadu says this is not the solution, I don’t want anyone to be jailed from my family. Mithai thinks I have to do something.
Apeksha talks to Sid and says my mom is studying the case. She said that if we can prove that you were not in the shop that day then you will be bailed. Sid asks if we can talk to the witness Kishore? Apeksha says we can’t meet him, the only chance is if he changes his statement. Mithai comes there and tells the inspector that I was behind all that. I wanted to take revenge on Sid that’s why I mixed poison in the sweets. Just leave him and arrest me. The inspector says you think we are fools? Just leave. Apeksha thinks if Mithai gets framed then that will be best. Apeksha tells the inspector that I have seen her annoying Sid a lot, she must be behind all this so arrest her. I am a witness to her confession. Sid says Mithai is lying. The inspector asks Mithai to stay within her limits. Apeksha tells Sid that Mithai might be behind this fiasco. Mithai tells the inspector that I am also a sweets seller but Sid keeps insulting me so I took my revenge, just leave him and arrest him. The inspector is angry and says enough. Shubham comes there and says I work at the shop and I was responsible for the fiasco. I am Sid’s brother but I was an orphan, Girish never accepted me so I did all this to teach a lesson to this family. The inspector says then why is this girl saying that she did everything? Mithai looks on.
Precap: Mithai says to Apeksha, I’m ready to go inside, at least I’m doing something for him, but you’re Sid’s friend then you can give your verdict and help him.
Shubham says to Mithai, that guy was Kishor Kaushik and he has police protection. Mithai says he is not your employee and not related to your family, give me his information.
