Sushma tells Saumya that she has to wash Armaan’s feet and drink the same water. Soumya gets shocked hearing this. Armaan’s father tells Saumya that she has to perform this ritual so that she can prove that she can do anything for her husband and they are sure that she has coloured in her husband’s colour. After completing the ritual, it will be the duty of her husband to keep his wife happy.
Soumya stops Armaan’s father. She tells him that she respects the tradition of this house but knowing the meaning of this ritual, she feels that Armaan has not married her but has hired her as a wife. Where if she does the household chores well, her husband will be happy and reward her. She adds that before marriage she and Armaan had promised each other that their relationship would be
Armaan agrees to her point. He tells everyone that Saumya does not need to perform this ritual. Soumya gets happy hearing his words. Armaan further thinks that soon Saumya will do whatever he wants. Sushma tells Malini that she was sure that Saumya would not bring anything from her maternal home but they have not even given her values too. Malini tries to convince her that Saumya did not want to insult her.
However, Sushma does not listen to her and leaves from there. Next Kashish comes to Sushma. She tells Sushma that Saumya neither looks good nor does she wear good clothes but still she has a lot of attitude. She adds that Armaan will have to find a solution to handle Saumya. Sushma says that if he is not able to handle Saumya, then she will find some solution to bring Saumya on the line.
Here Saumya comes to Armaan. She thanks him because he understood her point. Soumya’s father also expresses his gratitude to Armaan. Armaan says that he will always support Saumya. Amrik comes there and tells Armaan that his choice is very good as she is just like him. Armaan smiles. Further, Armaan tells Soumya’s parents that the food is ready, then they should go after eating.
They say okay. Armaan goes to his father. His father asks him that he wanted to make Saumya his puppet but he is obeying everything Saumya says. He asks him how his plan will be successful. On the other hand Malini is worried about Saumya. Soumya says that right now the family members are angry with her but soon she will convince them so she need not worry.
Here Armaan tells his father that today he has supported Saumya. But soon he will make her his puppet. Then her string will be in his hand and Saumya will do whatever he wants. Here Saumya’s mother tells her that Armaan has done a lot for her so now it is her turn to do something for Armaan. Saumya understand her point.
