The Episode starts with Armaan and his dad coming to dine. His dad asks Sushma the price of the chandelier. Sushma says 3 lakhs. He asks her to switch it on. He jokes on her. Sushma asks Tara to switch on the lights quickly. Armaan gets a call. Sushma asks him to have dinner first. Simmi says I didn’t find that girl. Armaan says I found out, her story is published in the magazine, that’s all. Its morning, Simmi looks for Soumya’s house. She comes to meet Soumya. Soumya prays that her mum agrees. Simmi says I want to meet Soumya, I m from Oberoi telefilms. Soumya’s mum worries. Simmi gets many calls. She says we will take 15 writers with us to Mumbai and train them, top 3 will write shows, other 12 can find a job for themselves, its their personal choice. Soumya’s mum argues. Soumya
Armaan goes to his dad. He says small town girls give importance to marriage than career. His dad says such girls are obedient. Armaan asks will I get such an obedient wife. His dad says why not. Soumya stops on the road and sees a banner. The man says we shall write some tagline here. Soumya goes to the shop. She says I can give the tagline which can touch the people’s heart. The man says yes, give me that line and you can get this laptop. Soumya sees the grinder there and recalls her mum. She asks can you give me that mixer grinder instead the laptop. He says it will be your loss. She says no, its my profit to make my mum smile. She gives the tagline to him. Soumya gets the mixer. Shilpi says you missed the laptop again. Soumya says but I found a way to make mum smile, we will go and arrange chappan bhog for Mama ji. Armaan compliments Sushma. She thanks him. Prince makes fun of her english. Armaan says its mom’s special day today. His dad asks Sushma to wear a big diamond set today. She says thanks, I will change and come. She goes. His dad says function and all, what’s the plan. Armaan says new show launch, it’s a surprise.
At the launch, Armaan speaks on the new show Maa’s launch. He says my mum is here with me today, she will speak a few words. Everyone claps. Sushma gets tensed and stammers. Soumya and Shilpi go to buy snacks. Shilpi checks the talent hunt results. Soumya gets sad. Simmi is also at the stall. Shilpi says I had seen Simmi talking to mum. Soumya asks what. Simmi says yes, I had come, you performed well, Armaan liked it. Soumya says I m his big fan, I want to write for his tv shows. Simmi says see, he launched his new show. She shows the video. Armaan says I know my mom can’t read English, even then I didn’t change it, I wanted you all to see that mum is so selfless, caring and lovely, she can’t read it herself but got me educated, such is a mother, salute to you Maa. He hugs her. Sushma smiles and says Armaan, my son, world’s best son. Soumya says children forget parents when they become successful, but Armaan respects his mum a lot. Armaan says I did this to play audience’s emotions, I made mom’s zero talent hero. His dad says media and public are talking about it. Armaan says every mum will want a son like me, my show is a superhit already. Sushma says have tea, sorry, continue. She goes.
Soumya asks why is my name not in the list. Simmi says your mum said you will be marrying. Soumya asks will I get a chance. Simmi says of course, will you convince your mum. Soumya says yes. Simmi says reach the venue before 9am, I have the form, fill it, you are lucky. Soumya thanks her. She dances on Apna time aayega…. She thanks Armaan.
Soumya comes home. Her dad likes it. Mama ji says its amazing. Shilpi says Soumya didn’t take a laptop to get this mixer for mum. Her mum asks Shilpi to keep it in the storeroom, they can give it to Soumya in her marriage. Some goons come and break the things. A lady comes. She scares them. She takes the new mixer. She says you have to pay money on time. Soumya’s dad says I will pay for it. The lady goes to take the mangalsutra from Soumya’s mum’s neck. Soumya shouts enough.
